Bait and Switched

I leased an Odyssey from this company in Dec 03. At the time they sold me an extended warranty that would have covered the car for 72,000. At first I didn't want the warranty, but they leterally wouldn't let me leave the finance department until a deal was made. They came way down in price from $1500 to $300. I eventually decided to buy it. The paperwork I walked out with said 72,000 miles and I have a copy. Today (August 07) I took my car in for a covered repair. We found out that after leaving the dealership, the milage limit was reduced to 50,000. Since we had 57,000 miles on this car, the repair wasn't covered. I am beyond upset. Its hard enough to trust car dealers. Add this incident to the list. My advice, avoid this dealership. If you do buy from them (or Showcase Honda--same owners), be very careful with your paperwork. When I called Bell to get a copy of my paperwork, a very curt woman said that records 4 years old were hard to retrieve. (I bet they are.)

Pretty good home, horrible customer service

We bought a home here and thought we'd stay forever. Turns out after only 2 months we couldn't wait to get out of the money pit. The home wasn't ready on time, was poor in details, and good luck with the customer service rep. i will not buy another Shea home. We are lucky to have sold ours so fast.

Fabulous Moving Company

We move alot and have never been really satisfied with our movers. We've used local people, Starving Students, Allied, and other national carriers. Avalon was absolutely wonderful. Hire these people!

Good Service Experience

I usually don't go to dealerships for service. However, the prices here are fair and they don't try to fix stuff that works fine. No pressure on elective repairs either. I would recommend to another.

OK buying Experience - Except for Finance

I worked a great price over e-mail with this dealership and brought my own financing. It still took over 3 hours to buy my car though. I was held up by finance. Turns out there wasn't even a finance guy in the dealership while I was waiting. Completely unacceptable. Why couldn't the salesman take my check if no one else was there? I will not be back.

They never make you wait

Their 30 minute guaruntee is real. Its worth the extra money for an out of network emergency provider.
