New Cougar

Bought a Mercury Cougar from Chapman in February 2007. Had to bring it back in March with faulty tires! They fixed it up quickly and were courteous and polite. The service man told me if they sit on the lot for a while they can develop flat spots on the tires??? Never heard of such a thing but they did make it right and were professional about it. I will probably use them for my next one to...if the Cougar doesn't get even smaller!

New A/C

Magic Touch asked me to rate them on kudzu but I waited to see if I was going to have any problems first. They installed a new York A/C on my home in March of 2007. I'm impressed with how much better the new unit cools and have already seen about a $70 drop in my electric bill. There follow up was very good and I can honestly say that I wish I would have bit the bullet and done this sooner. They were very professional from the consultation to the follow through. They even sent me a thank you card for my business. They seem to be very big on Trane however I had good luck on my last house with York and knew I wanted to stick with another one. I bought the York Affinity and it is very quiet, actually I can't even hear it running and it sits right next to my bedroom window. I think they run a very professional organization and were definately eager to please. I can't think of one negative thing to report on so I'm going to say Magic Touch gets two thumbs up.
