Things have changed

When John had this pool cleaning company it was by far the best. Since John has left things have changed. Service is poor. The guys have tracked mud over my cool deck, the filter does not get checked, and they've left my gate open and my dogs got loose. I have yellow algae growing in my pool as we speak. I cannot get a reply to cancel my service. I can be reached 8-4 workdays at 602-269-5165. So if you really want the true story call me. I read your post!

Terrible Service

I purchased this pool 4 yrs ago. After the first year it had to be torched because they did not let the gunite dry before applying the plaster. Within a year they came out and split the cost to have the plaster "torched" to pull the moisture out. I now have "calcium nodules" and they are refusing to warranty this problem which is also caused by moisture under the surface. Donn was the customer service rep. My advice to people building pools is to look elsewhere. Stay away from these people.
