Let pool turn green
I have had good luck with return calls as long as I make them during normal business hours. Not that great if the vms are after hours. I had two pools. I had asked them to keep me posted on the status of the pools so I could clean the filters or change the water if needed. Suddenly one day one when visiting, I noticed the home's pools turned green. They said they would treat it. Well obviously they never tested the water! This lasts for several weeks of me having to ask them to fix the problem. No one called me. I had to call them. Given it is their job to keep me posted. Turned out the water needed to be drained! So I had to drain it and then treat it for mustard algae and scrub the walls and filter. Cost of 400 dollars through another company. It was their job to tell me I needed to change the water. The employees are not that good. I like the ownership but with employees who could care less, I had to fire them.

Ripoff! Run
Nothing good to say. I would never do business with this company again! Many of the former franchise owners have gone bankrupt. Very expensive equipment and little to no support from the franchising authority.

HORRIBLE MONOPOLY
Recently I rented out my home. The renter agreed to pay rent for a furnished home with utilities. A month into the lease I get a threat letter from this monopoly telling me to encourage my renter to pay his back utility bill or they will shutoff my utilties. I am not a collector and my agreement is between me and my renter. His relationship with APS is between him and this god awful company. Mind you I have always been current with my payments to APS. So I had to play collector for the power company. Thankfully my renter paid but honestly the corporate commission needs to WAKE UP. I want to see more choices. These APS idiots just keep charging more and more for less and less. When are our elected officials going to listen and stop corporate abuses?

Mixed Reaction
I found that the manager was slow to respond to client's request for repairs. Customer service seemed to be slow and lagging at times.

Great Service and Down to Earth
I have used them on three occasions. Unlike most appraisers, they were down to earth, courteous and efficient. I felt like they understood I was a customer. They appraised the home close to what we thought they would apprais it at.

Poor follow up and customer service
I used this service through my warranty company. They are suppose to respond in 24hours. They called me in 72. The scheduler for repairs had a bad attitude. He told me they would call Thurs and schedule a time. He would not schedule a time in advance with me. This is not customer friendly. I canceled and went with another service.

GREAT SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL
I have worked with Gary Ogami for 5 yrs. Gary is extremely customer oriented!!! He responds quickly to calls and emails, he provides timely information, and he is upfront and thorough. What's more, Gary has an exceptional demeanor. Very courteous and complimentary. Unlike most lenders, he spends the time to work with clients, treat them like clients, and be there when the client needs assistance. Gary is also underwriter certified which means he can process a loan and have acceptance immediately. This way, clients are not strung along like most lenders do to their clients. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GARY OGAMI!!!

I have been eating at the Glendale and Peoria restaurants for years. Excellent service. Very good food. Atmosphere that is second to none. I highly recommend you visit either location.

PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, FEEL COMFORTABLE
I have been a patient of Dr. Bill Downing for 4 yrs. I have been to alot of dentists. None have been as professional, customer-oriented or kind as he or his staff. What's more, he has state of the art technology. His staff seem to be like family members; and that is comforting when you are going to get your teeth drilled. Also, I have had alot of work done on my teeth and this team makes it almost painless with their technique and attention to detail. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST AND HIS STAFF TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR THE BEST!!!
