Never been so clean

I was a little hesitant when Al said he could get my traffic areas clean because everyone that has cleaned my carpet says that....and then when it finally dries I can always see the traffic area! Not the case with Northside! Cleanest I've ever seen my carpet. Bravo...very professional and reasonably priced.

Don't bother

I had Air Command come out twice because of a heater problem. Both times they misdiagnosed the problem and the problem persisted. Finally I called a different company (Magic Touch) and within a half hour they diagnosed the problem and it was fixed.

It's about time!

Sergio was able to tell me what was wrong with my heater in a half hour. I have been dealing with this problem every winter for 3 years. He also took the time to tell me what I could do about the problem. Great Job!

Look No More!

After years of trying different carpet cleaning companies I have finally found one I would highly recommend. Shannon set up an appointment with me to give me an estimate (we needed to have grout cleaned and recolored in my kitchen.) I was little skeptical when she said that they paint the grout to change the color but she assured me I would be happy. Since they clean carpet and clean tile also.... I had them do both. I am so pleased with my "new" kitchen floor! We thought we might have to replace it because it looked so bad but when they were done.. it looked like a new floor. The carpet looks equally as good and the carpet was completely dry by the time my husband got home at 4:00! Nice job and nice people.
