Definitely a keeper!

Brian Farley now has a client for life. I have a cat that has been "spot-treating" our playroom carpet. The smell was unbelievable! A trip to the vet took care of the cat issues but the carpet was still a problem. Brian was a pleasure to deal with. He was able to come to my home within 24 hours. He made sure I understood in advance that pet urine is difficult to clean throughly and that the basic rug cleaning that I was contracting him to do may not be enough. I really appreciated his honesty! He also provided a written copy of his policy. I would definitely do business with him again.

Wonderful Oral Surgeon

My teenager needed her wisdom teeth out. Thank God we found Dr. Beals and his office staff! He and his staff were warm and personable. He spoke to my daughter as well as I. All concerns were listened to and addressed. The preop appointment was not rushed. All necessary teaching materials were clear and concise. Postoperatively, I knew everything I needed to do. Pain management was well covered! The two times I had to call, my concerns where promptly addressed. My teenager said, "I wouldn't sign up to do this everyday, but it sure was easier than I expected" and "I really liked Dr. Beals and his assistants".

Prompt, knowledgable, timely! Ed is the best! We've been clients for over six years and through two houses. He initially saved us from spending a huge amount of money from an incorrectly diagnosed problem by another company. He has graciously answered more "ignorant" homeowner questions and saved us from unneeded service calls. They just don't make service professionals like him anymore.
