Very Happy with the Product

I recently purchased and installed a Hale Dog Door. I am very happy with the product, but was somewhat let down by the install. I purchased it from a vendor on the Hale Pet Door website list of approved vendors. They installer showed up 3 hours late, talking to friends on his cell phone, and then did not complete the job that day. I had to reschedule him to come back a few days later. I would still recommend Hale Pet Door, but you might consider installing it yourself. I watched him and it would not have been hard with the correct tools (brick wall install).

On Time and Price

I am extremely happy with the recent service I received from ACME Locksmith. They quoted me a price on the phone which was better then others which had "Great" overall scores on Kudzu. They kept their word on pricing, in-fact gave a Kudzu discount, and they showed up on it too! I would highly recommend ACME Locksmiths.

Steve did an amazing job! He was very in-depth and even e-mailed me a copy of my inspection reports. Top quality customer service, and would highly recommend to all! Very reasonably pricing! He was even available the night before closing to answer a question about the inspection.
