They truly have the greatest associates that want to build a "relationship" with you and understand your needs. Of course they are going to have policies just like any other store or company and they are very reasonable. You don't get something for nothing and you get what you pay for. If you want service that is one on one oriented and focused on you, then visit this store. They appreciate you and strive to make it the best experience. Be patient though, they cannot possibly meet the demand of customers that need help sometimes. They can't control how many people they need to help, but rest assured they will be with you when they are don't fully helping someone else.

Dr. Carr is the most professional vet I have ever had to deal with. He really truly listens to his clients and does what is right for you and your animal.

One star, because you can get so much more someplace else for a lot less. Service isn't tailored to you and they want you to use their "pricey" products that do the same thing as another average product. Beware that you spend a lot at "upscale" salons and they don't offer anything better.

The Best and most Honest

While one review was upset with the service, you must understand that they did everything they could to make it right. That is what they are about. They are always friendly here at this location and I would highly recommend them. They are honest and WILL take care of their customers. If something goes wrong that is beyond their control, sometimes you just have to understand there is only so much they can do. The Best Service I have ever had with a car.

Serviceman was a theif and stole a possession from our home. Managers did not seem to care.
