Don't Waste Your Time

I had the recent displeasure of dealing with this company in my search for a better job. To be blunt, they are disorganized and dysfunctional. Failed to send email updates when promised. They ask you to come in for a 'pre interview meeting' to prepare you for any interviews they schedule for you, and all they do in this meeting is make you sign a paper stating you have never interviewed with the company before, and then they hand you a generic "Interviewing DOs and DON'Ts packet" before patting you on the back and saying GOOD LUCK! On my very first, and only I might add, interview scheduled through them, they DIDN'T EVEN TELL THE INTERVIEWER I WAS COMING. Imagine that, arriving at a potential employer's office only to have them wonder why you are there since nobody scheduled anything with them. I highly recommend anyone that is job hunting to steer clear of General Employment.

Being the first time buying a house I had never had a home inspection done before. I didn't know what to expect. Our Realtor recommended Canyon State, and based on the other Kudzu ratings we decided to give them a try. The first thing Steve did was ask me if I had any specific issues I wanted him to check out. I really didn't have anything but it made me feel like he really wasn't just providing a service, but wanted to make sure I was comfortable and that he helped me in anyway he could. He went over every little thing he could get to in that house, and recorded everything with the camera and his digital recorder. The extremely detailed report he emailed me 3 days later blew me away. Plus, at the time I got my inspection, they had a deal where scheduling online offered a free Termite inspection. Overall I found Canyon State to be a great value and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.
