I couldn't be happier!
I wanted to purchase a bank owned home recently and in order for me to obtain FHA funding we needed to have a leak fixed. Greg from Allied plumbing was my hero and completed a proposal outlining all the items in the house that did not meet code in addition to the leak repair. This enabled me to negotiate with the bank who owned the property to repair these items at their cost. We eventually agreed that they would pay for the repairs at close.
Greg and his team at Allied Plumbing were very accomodating. Greg worked with me and completed all of the work prior to close and full payment. They worked on a very tight timeline, as the bank asset manager agreed to pay for repairs provided they were completed within 5 business days. Greg and his team worked diligently for many hours and did an amazing job.
I now own the house and have already had Greg and his team back to install a tankless water heater. The current setup of my house had the standard water heater in the middle of the house. Greg and his team relocated the water heater at a very reasonable price and also assisted me by capping water lines and running gas to my oven and dryer (even though it was not in the orginal statement of work).
I found Greg and his team to be exceedingly pleasant, professional, accomodating, and most importantly honest.
