How Refreshing !!

We've all been there, you hurry home from work, to wait and wait and wait for the "dreaded repairman", my wait seems longer because I wait by the window so I can open the door before the doorbell rings because my dog goes crazy.. he was exactly ON TIME.. fixed my computer in exactly 1 hour! which Data Dr's told me was going to take 3-4 hours to fix, would have to leave it 3 - 4 business days and cost TRIPLE what Rob charged me and came to my home... he was very professional but has a great sense of humor, not a computer geek as I expected..
