First Time Homebuyer - Great Experience!!

I started my search at the end of last year with another realtor who made me do most of the research and was very hard to meet up with for showings. I was eager to buy my first home before Christmas and at the rate I was going, it wouldn’t happen. I hopped on Kudzu and found Sherry’s contact info at the top – right where it should be!! I sent an email request and within a day had a response with questions about what I was looking for and access to a portal of properties that fit my description. Sherry took me out that next Saturday to look at homes. I found ‘the one’ about halfway through our day, but decided to keep looking just to make sure. The property was bank owned and I was not the only one bidding, so it was a little stressful. Sherry did a great job staying in contact with the bank and with me making sure that I was always in the loop. When the bank accepted my offer, Sherry contacted me every few days to update me on the status of my paperwork and to explain the next step to close. Sherry made this process very easy and comfortable for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell for that matter.
