We are first time home buyers and decided to use Canyon State because of all the great reviews. I am so glad we did. Steve was very flexible in his scheduling, and very knowledgeable and thorough during the inspection. He answered all of our questions and even emailed us a copy of the inspection the same day! The cost was very affordable and we even got a free termite inspection for scheduling online! We were very satisfied with this company.

Couldn't ask for better service

The guy arrived at our door step to fix our tv within twenty minutes of us calling! Couldn't have gotten our tv fixed any cheaper than this place. Great business who who is affordable,honest, and timely. Just what we were looking for. We highly recommend!
