From start to finish experience working with this company was top notch. Prior to contracting for the work I sent an e-mail question. I received a reply the same day. I live in another state and am handling this for my elderly mother long distance. The inspector was courteous and patient going over the report with my mother step by step. He e-mailed me the report and then called me the next morning to go over it step by step with me. The report included color photos and detailed explanations. Excellent!
