Very Helpful

We purchased tile for a small do-it-yourself project, only to change our minds and expand the job. We bought more, and then found out from our contractor that a larger tile would look much better. About a month had passed and the tile had since been discontinued. The return policy & restocking fee are clearly indicated on the receipt, so my husband and I thought we were stuck with what we had. The showroom manager really came through for us, allowing us to exchange for the larger version of our tile without penalty or additional charge. We really appreciated his willingness to work with us when the mistake was clearly ours! Our house is going to be beautiful, and I am grateful for that. Thanks, Dan!

Not Impressed

As with many animal hospitals, services here seem expensive. The detailed health report is nice, but not worth the extra cost. The vet created a sense of urgency with my dog's condition, and I feel she was misleading about the degree of treatment required. I felt guilty for not spending $1000 right then and there, only to find out from another vet that my dog wasn't even having much discomfort and the condition was actually minor. My current vet took the time to assess her without visions of dollar signs, and the same problem was effectively resolved for less than half the cost that Priority Pet Hospital would have charged. I do not recommend this business to others.

Disappointing

We arranged to have Praveen give us an estimate for a tiling project. The time we initially set did not work, so I rearranged my schedule to allow him to come earlier. He called to say he would be 15 minutes late, and then arrived 30 minutes after the projected time. He was very kind and answered my questions, and I was impressed with his portfolio. We were looking forward to hearing from him the next day as promised, but he failed to call. Perhaps our job was too small for him, but the proper thing to do would have been to tell us that himself. I feel like he was inconsiderate of our time.

Good Impression

I did not do business with this company, but I would not hesitate to do so in the future. I was gathering information and looking into products and the person who answered the phone was incredibly helpful. His advice will save my husband a lot of work, and he referred me to a place that can provide materials to meet my needs. Very few people would go out of their way to be this helpful when they are not going to profit from it!

Another Good Find!

Not only did Doug do a nice job on my carpets, but I appreciated his courtesy. The job before mine turned out to be larger than expected. Even though it wasn't putting him far behind, he had the decency to call to let me know he would be running slightly behind schedule. Thanks, Doug! We'll definitely be sending more business your way.

Good impression

Another vet told us, with a sense of urgency, that we needed to extract our dog's tooth. The cost was prohibitive to say the least. Cornerstone can do the extraction for about 1/3 of the cost. Dr. Bishop was friendly, patient, informative, and honest. What a good find!
