Saved My Behind!

This company saved my Master's Program work after another company nearly ruined it. They were on time, very helpful, explained everything and fixed the problems caused by another company.Came by a second time to ensure the laptop still working properly. They were more than willing to help. They gave me a price and thats what I paid. I would recommend this company to anyone that owns a pc or laptop.

Had me fooled!

I was taken advantage of by this company and pieces of my universal charger held hostage. I sent it with a charging problem and got it back with plenty new ones. I took to another company and explained problem to them and it seems as if this Tech Time was lying. They also lost my credit card information! I have had nothing but problems since I had this company look at my laptop. Next time I'll pay the money for Geek Sqaud. It may be pricey but at least they do what they are supposed to.
