Same Company, Different Experience

I am severely disabled and needed 4 small jobs done. It took 2 days to get an in-home estimate (high). My appointment was set up 3 days later due to lack of parts on truck (no kitchen or bath faucets or hand-held shower). Julio was very professional and knowledgeable, but clearly over-booked. I relied heavily on these reviews in choosing RedCo. I was hoping to find a good company for all of my home maintenance jobs. Now I'm not so sure. IMO, the appointment setter could be much more friendly.

Computer Super Hero To The Rescue

I highly recommend Mike McCarthy. He is a real professional and really knows his stuff. My computer now sings like an angel and at warp speed. I rely on my computer for EVERYTHING as a homebound disabled person. I do not see any way one could go wrong to hire Mike. He is knowledgeable, quick, consumer-oriented and a pleasure to know.
