Great guy + great food = Chef du' Jour

Chef John was great to deal with in all regards. He was flexible, adding last minute items to the menu at our request, honest and quick to answer any questions we had. The food was excellent, everyone in attendance really enjoyed the buffet that we ordered. Definitely use Chef John for any future catering needs!!!
