Prompt & Pleasant

I needed a plumber for a rental unit with a toilet that had a stoppage. I called Apache at 6:30 at night and asked for a call back in the morning. I got an appointment for early afternoon the next day and the promise of a phone call prior to their arrival. They were able to come out sooner and within 30 minutes had cleared the stoppage and I was on my way. Prompt, accomodating and polite service at a reasonable price. Will definately use again.

A great job

I needed all the carpets cleaned in a rental 4-plex - usually done once a year but hadn't been done for 18 months because my previous carpet cleaner couldn't be found. Lots of stains - pet and one really bad oil based on a light colored carpet I seriously doubted would come clean but Rick worked real magic and I'm thrilled and so are my tenants. He was prompt, courteous, detailed and the price was exactly what he quoted over the phone about 2 weeks prior. I will definitely use them in the future.

Honest & Compentent

I've trusted the folks at Ky-Ko with my flat roofed 4-plex since 2000 when they installed a new foam roof. Just had a new top coat applied and I'm very pleased with their work - especially the way they say what they are going to do and always do a nice job of cleaning up afterwards. I wouldn't want to use any other roofing company. This is a company you can trust to do it right.
