Unless you enjoy headaches, hassles, back talk and inferior quality I would advise anyone in need of a new ac to keep looking. I only wish I would have done my home work before handing them the check. It cost me over 2000 dollars to get my ac working right after there instillation.

Learn from me; just call Magic Touch

Last year I had my downstairs ac replaced by a company that I met at the; rhymes with Dome Depot. It was a nightmare to say the least. I thought Dome Depot would "guaranty" the work but was sadly mistaken. Let's just say I now shop at rhymes with; Towes. I was much more careful in the selection of a company to replace my upstairs ac and chose Magic Touch. What a difference in the level of service, quality, and professionalism. All this and for less then the cost of the other guys. I had them look at the other companys instillation and give me a price to make it right ($2,200) and they were careful not to bad mouth the other company - very professional - although I could see it in their faces as they looked at each other. Word of caution to kudzu'ers; do your home work check every resource you can think of because the good companies like Magic Touch stand way out in front of the rest.
