That's right, as the owner and operator of First Class Carpet Cleaning, I personally guarantee that you will receive THE MOST THOROUGH CLEANING EVER, OR I WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY. I specialize in carpet, tile and grout, area rug and upholstery cleaning. I take my job very seriously and I have built my company's reputation on quality, trust and premium customer service. We use a trunk mounted, hot water extraction process. Hot water extraction is the number one cleaning method recommended by major carpet manufacturers'. Because it heats the water to a temperature of over 200 degrees, this method cleans dirt, bacteria, pollen, dust mites, fungus, tobacco residue and hundreds of other chemicals out of your carpet. This method is also sometimes referred to as steam cleaning.

If all you want is a cheap, brush the dirt off the top, wet for days, no guarantee cleaning, then I respectfully ask that you call someone else. First Class Carpet Cleaning just doesn't do business that way.
