600 dollars to put my kitchen sink back together Gotta do what I gotta do but boy am I experiencing Sticker Shock! I called at 12pm and a Plumber was at my home by 2pm! He was able to put my sink together and even 'threw' in some putty on my bathroom tub (that leacks). I had to go back to HomeDepot and felt comfortable leaving him in my home for that time. Polite, even said sorry and yes ma'am, I think plumbers in general are over priced, boy am I in the wrong business. I would recommend, just get ready to throw up a little in your mouth when they provide the estimate.

Leaky toilet on newly installed floors! One Call Plumbing came to our rescue and quickly fixed the problem!

Whenever we were in the shower and the toilet was flushed, we would get scalded. We happened to mention this to one of the One Call employees, and learned that there was an easy "fix" to the problem. We were so pleased with their work, we had them install a new toilet and a hot water booster. The technicians are extremely courteous and keep the jobsite clean. They are prompt and truly know their business. 5 Stars all around!!

This company listens to customer concerns,they are professional and courteous. They were on time and reasonably priced. I would use them again, they stand behind their work.

A few weeks ago while at work, I was alerted we had gas leak. I work several miles from home & my other half was in England, so we called our neighbors, One Call Plumbing for assistance. They were so wonderful, finding & fixing the leaks & all of this was done the next day. Not only were they timely, the work was handled very professionally, no mess was left and I have great neighbors who stepped in and were there when needed. Kudos to your techs and thank you very much to Glen and Leslie for all you did.

On a recent work related trip out of the country, a two week absence turned into five and the utilities were turned off unexpectedly. I was contacted overseas about the situation and I made arrangements with the city to have the utilities restored. A natural gas leak was detected and was left off until repaired. I called "One Call", and they dispatched a technician that morning. He showed up on time, was courteous, cost effective, and had the leak fixed on the spot. They also leaked checked all other gas connections just to be safe. I would recommend "One Call" for all your plumbing needs, not just emergencies. Thanks "One Call"

One Call Plumbing replaced the shower in one of my bathrooms. The workmanship was perfect and the price was incredible. They were courteous, quick and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of plumbing work done!!

We actually won a toilet from a drawing at One Call's open house celebration. What was impressive was that they came when they said they would (even though it was no revenue for them). What I liked was that the employee who did the installation (John) was courteous and professional. In fact, he put on shoe coverings so as not to get any outside dust on our floors--apparently standard procedure! This is just one example of a seemingly small detail that speaks of the extra care and professionalism of One Call. We were certainly impressed. He also cleaned up everything and answered all of our questions.

Not long ago, I was mowing my front lawn and ran over the cover for the clean out. A piece of it got into the line and caused a backup into my whole house. I called a rooter service(not Roto Rooter) and a guy came out and put a camera down the line and said he was going too have to dig up my lawn and remove the clog and the charge would be $1200. Not knowing what to do I told him to come out the next day. I called my husband at work and he said get a second opinion. Anyway, I called "Rooter Ripoff and cancelled the appt and got yelled because "he had cleared his calendar come out and clear the clog.

Also, he had charged me $200 for the service call.

I called One Call Plumbing for a second opinion and a very nice man by the name of "Mike" came out and put the camera down the line and flushed it out with my garden hose. He stated did not see the clog anymore. He stayed for about an hour, making sure and when he was done, he not only refused payment, but he cleaned up the mess(toilet paper and everything else that had backup up on the front lawn). He would not even take a tip.

One Call Plumbing saved us $1200.

I called Ripoff Rooter to tell them what happened and they didn't offer anything, even an apology.

Anyway, One Call is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.
