I am a Property Manager with 15 years of experience in Commerical and Residential Properties. I answer to 1300 people who freely share thier opinions. I recently tried A Spotless House and was very satisfied with cost, schedules, communication, and performance. I've asked Doug to clean as small as 50 square feet of tile and upto 1,500 square feet of carpet on the Commercial side and 2 to 4 bedroom homes on the Residential side. I do not hesitate one second in recommending A Spotless House for your cleaning needs.

Not only did Doug do a nice job on my carpets, but I appreciated his courtesy. The job before mine turned out to be larger than expected. Even though it wasn't putting him far behind, he had the decency to call to let me know he would be running slightly behind schedule. Thanks, Doug! Doug has done my carpets for a couple years now. He has been professional and thorough on every occasion. My biggest problem solved by Doug was the pet odor and stains. A top notch job.

Doug did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and was extremely friendly. I was moving out of a fairly large carpeted house and had a few college aged roommates. Doug was able to get all our stains out including motor oil resulting in us getting our deposit back. Doug was also able to fit us in the day after I called him. I would recommend him to anyone. Doug and his crew did a phenomenal job cleaning the carpets at our new house we just purchased, as well as the old house we moved out of. They were able to fit us in on a tight schedule and get the work done fast and for a super affordable price. There were no hidden 'fees' or surprise costs. Everything quoted over the phone is what we paid (actually it cost a little less than what we were quoted - bonus!!). I will use this company again and again. Top Notch!! L. McDermott

Recommend highly. I hadn't had my carpets professionally cleaned in quite a few years, but Doug got all the stains out and the carpeting looks so bright and clean now!
Will definitely be using him in the future!

So glad I looked on Kudzu and hired Doug at A Spotless House. He was rated Excellent on Kudzu and now I know why. He did a fantastic job at a fantastic price, plus he's a great guy.
