The office is rather casually run -- no receptionist (when I dropped off and picked up my computer I had to wander into the office to find someone) and I talked to 3 different people in the process, who didn't seem to be talking to each other. But they got the job done, were very pleasant to deal with and the price was very fair.

My company dealt with 3 IT Companies before discovering AIM on Kudzu. All 3 were un-matched to AIM's service and experience. Now AIM handles my personal IT work as-well as my employer's needs. Thanks, WAY TO GO AIM!

These guys are the best. The service and follow-up support they provided was outstanding and went beyond what is unfortunatle the "minimum service norm" in today's business world. They worked on my personal computer system and worked with me ontil it got done right. I can only imagine the awesome work they do on larger systems given the attention they provided me on such a small task. Outstanding work Guys!!! Thanks.

Over the past couple of years we have used AIM IT as our computer technicians. We have found them to be reliable, knowledgeable, and personable. They have helped and eliminated the problems we have asked for help on. We appreciate their quick response to our concerns. I would highly recommend them. We have found our experience in working with them to be nothing but the "best".

I have used AIM for over 7 years. They have consistently shown outstanding service and attention to detail. I have recommended AIM's services to several business contacts. Everyone has come back to say what a great service AIM provides. There prices are very competitive. The response time to problems is very rapid, even after normal business hours. I have never had reservation in recommending their services.

These guys are GOOD!! They know their stuff; they get it done, and the Owner is hands on. This Business knows is knowledgable of the current trends in IT, and I would not have my system touched by anybody other than A--I--M!!

Our company went through 2 other companies before we found AIM. We are a paperless company and IT is extremely important. They always get the job done right and are reasonably priced. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I have been in business for 21 years. After 3 years of interviewing businesses which seemed more interested in their own ideas and fees, I found AIM IT. They were referred to me by one of my customers. AIM IT is a class act and worked with me, not against me. I would highly recommend them.

I have used AIM IT to rebuild and host my site ArizonaBridalSource.com, IT support re database, data transfer, and for emergency computer assistance.

With the help of AIM IT I have taken my business to another level.

Honesty: AIM provided an easy to understand quote and did NOT make any promises they could not keep.

Timeliness: They designed, uploaded, and worked on my website within the time frame of completion we both agreed on, NOT months of waiting.

Responsive: They answer their phones and return messages promptly.

Budget: I was not charged extra along the way, everything was in the budget originally proposed.

Vision: They understood my map, wish list, and direction I wanted to go.

Value: They were more expensive than some and less expensive than others but I feel I received more than what I paid for.

Specialists: Everyone one on their staff has exceeded my expectations.

Could go on, and on, but you get the picture. I would be very surprised if you didn't have a similar experience with AIM.

I just received the death certificate from another computer repair chain. They were kind enough to let me know, that although they couldn't restore my system they could offer me a sweet deal on a new system. When receiving feedback their vague responses left me feeling uneasy. I went to the KUDZU site and found AIM It. They seem to be geared toward business needs but were more than happy to review my system. They did what the big chain could not, at a fraction of the cost. All my questions were dealt with in a confident straitforward manner. Nice to find in the consumer computer repair business. They do not have big marketing, but were a great find. My system is home again:)
