Nice people, great service. My A/C went out in the afternoon, I called them the next morning and they sent a repairman out the same day. I'll recommend them to all my friends.

I gave them a call late Friday afternoon. Asked if I could set-up a same day appointment. They came out in like 2 hours and fixed the broken part on my A/C unit in about 30 minutes time. Matt's the man!! Will definately use them in the future. Great job.

During this time of year, you would think you might have to wait a long time for A/C Service. They were out the very next day! I agree with Jason 1137 exactly. Great job Matt and Bil-Nor AC!!! Actually Matt also helped our neighbor that very same day. We asked for extra business cards so we could refer this exceptional business.

Excellent service by Bil Nor AC!! I didnt know a thing about AC or heating units, he explained everything in detail and took his time without rushing me. Matt the technician that came even advised me on how to fix some of it myself to help me save some $$$. No extra or hidden charges, what was quoted was what was charged!

The service guy did everything he possibly could to make it right and did get it right. Even though it was a holiday (4th of July), he came out, and came out the next day as well, Sunday. I wish my employees were that dedicated and concerned!!!

We decided to use Bil-Nor after seeing the reviews on kudzu. Happy to say we were not misled. Arrived on time, completed the work quickly, and was happy to answer any and all questions we had and educate us on our air conditioning system. Will most likely be using Bil-Nor as our regular HVAC company from now on. Be sure to mention kudzu for a %10 discount.

Matt checked out our a/c today and I was very impressed. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. I am thankful that I have found a company that I know I can trust. I will be sure to call him for any further assistance that I need.

I haven't made a decision on a heat pump purchase yet, but so far am very impressed with this company. I don't need to replace my air conditioning or heat pump yet, but am considering doing so because of the tax incentives and power company rebates. The individual who provided the estimate was very professional. I had another company make an estimate today that was at least $1200 higher, and when I showed him the price BILNOR had provided, he showed me another sheet with a lower price that was still higher than BILNOR. If I was not an educated consumer, I guess the competitor could have gouged me another $1000 to $1200.

I didn't have any leads on a good HVAC company in town, so I went with the Kudzu ratings. They definitely didn't lead me wrong. It was easy to make an appointment, the technician was right on time, professional and explained everything in detail, answering all of my questions. As far as the price goes, I did some research after-the-fact and the price I was quoted for some minor repairs is right in line with what others quoted me. All in all, everything went as well as I could've hoped. I'll definitely be using Bil-Nor in the future.
