Quick Response, Honest Service
I called this company, blindly, based on Kudzu reviews. To my relief it was a positive experience that has cured my pool ailments. The response time was quick from inital call and even a return trip. I never felt pressured into buying/repairing anything not necessary. It's hard to find reliable & honest service - but I believe this company is it. I have the number in my Contacts List now :) Thanks, Jerry, for a painless repair and look forward to future business - shall the need arise.

Great service
We couldn't keep our pool blue this past month, so we called AZ's Best. They had same day service in our area and had our pool back to crystal clear in 2 days. Chad was friendly and the prices were reasonable. He helped explain what the problem was and why the water was difficult to keep in balance this summer. Next time we have an issue they will be our first call.

Fast friendly service
Our pool pump stopped working last week, so we called our friends who use AZ's Best and they said to give them a call. We were a little aprehensive after being burned several times by other local pool companies. Our friends told us to check out the reviews on kudzu since that's how they found them. After reading all the reviews we gave them a call. I spoke with Jerry and he said they could be out that afternoon to check out the problem. Turns out that there was nothing wrong with the pump. Chad came out and found that there was an electrical issue. He had it fixed in ten minutes and only charged us for a minor repair. The last time we had a pump issue the other company charged us over $650 for a new motor. We will always recommend this company and hope others find this review helpful. Thanks again-Tom Palms

Tile Cleaning
The worst service I have ever had! Bead blasted my tile so bad I had to replace all the tiles in my spa. His service is very Bad!

This review is challenging to respond to, as the individual did not leave much information. However, over a year ago we had a customer who had an issue with tile cleaning on a portion of his spa. The tile cleaning in question was done on the spillway tile of the customer’s spa (where the water runs from the spa into the pool.) I assume that this review was left by that customer and respond as such. We started servicing this customer’s pool weekly in July 2006. Upon starting service, the customer wanted us to clean the tile, which had significant calcium build-up. Since this is a salt pool/spa, we explained in detail how the water would affect the spillway tile. The spillway would always accumulate calcium build up, no matter what the water chemistry. The calcium builds up as the water evaporates, and since there is constantly water on the spillway, there is going to be more calcium build-up. Also, since salt water is more corrosive than non-salted water, the tile can show damage quickly. We cleaned the tile in the pool and spa, including the spillway, and sealed it well. About 6 months later, the pool and spa tile still looked terrific, but the spillway began accumulating calcium build-up. The customer didn’t like the way it looked and asked us to clean the spillway tile again. We informed the customer that we would be happy to do this at NO CHARGE, but reiterated that the calcium build up would continue to occur due to the spillway design of the pool and spa. Around 6 months after the second cleaning, the calcium build up on the spillway began to show again. The customer asked us to repeat the tile cleaning process again. According to the customer, the rest of the tile in the pool still looked great. We explained before this cleaning that the calcium build-up and removal was starting to take its toll on the spillway tile. After multiple cleanings, the high gloss tile starts to lose its sheen, but he insisted that we clean it again. About 2 months after the third cleaning he stated the calcium seemed to be coming back. We again explained to this customer that the spillway would always have calcium build-up, as we had discussed before cleaning the tile. At this point the customer stopped paying his monthly service invoices and demanded that we pay to replace all of the tile in the pool and spa. We explained to the customer that this was not a reasonable request. However, in an attempt to satisfy this customer, we told him that we would get a few estimates on the cost of replacing the spillway tile. He then sent us an e-mail telling us to never contact him again and that if we ever set foot on his property again to get estimates for the tile, he would call the police. He also stated he would not be paying his balance, which totaled $360.00. We strive to provide the best service and guarantee customer satisfaction. Unbeatable Level of Service
While I didn't actually get to hire AZ's Best Pool Service, Chad did come out to my home to assess my pool equipment. He found that the problem was with my electrical and NOT the pool equipment. He seemed to be very thorough and courteous and let me know what to tell the electrician. While I didn't need their services this go around, I will DEFINITELY use them when I need pool service in the future. THANK YOU!!!

You won't be disappointed!
I got a few quotes on removing stains in my plaster pool. One company said the stains wouldn't come out and that I had to replaster the pool, costing $2000!Thank goodness I called Az's Best! They were able to get out EVERY stain! They were reliable, courtious, confident and most of all, didn;t try to sell me something I didn't need. My 7 year old pool looks brand new again!Many thanks and keep up the great customer service!

No show!
I had high hopes for great service based on the reviews, but this company was a no show and no call. An appointment was made that was the last I heard from them, I called back to give them the information concerning the type of motor my pool had, left a message, no response, I called when they did not show up, no response, left yet another message, no response, no call. Not someone I would give try to use again. Maybe they have been good in the past not now.

After Speaking with this customer about her pool motor issues, she was supposed to call back with her motor information. This was in an effort to expedite the repair process. We never received that call/message. It may have been confusing since there is also another company AZ Pool Care and Repair she may have gotten us confused with, and left them a message. We never received that message. On the day of the service call We had set an appointment between 10 AM - 12 PM. I personally showed up at this customer's address and there was no answer. After ringing the door bell several times and knocking I attempted to call the customer and there was no answer. Finaly I left a card on the customer's front door. She finally called around 2 PM and was less than pleased that I would not be able to make it back out that day , as I had other appointments to keep. She then went on to accuse me of never showing up at her home. Since we have GPS tracking units in all of our trucks, I offered to send her an e-mail of the report saying that we were at her house for 20 minutes. She declined, and said she would find someone else. At AZ's Best Pool Servie & Repair, LLC. we strive to provide the highest level of customer service. Our firm commitment to that is the most important aspect of our business. Hopefully this customer did have a good experience with another company in the Valley. better than anticipated
I was very impressed with his efficiency and knowledge. I had a bad experience with a well known pool company who were absolutely awful, so I was pleasantly surprised.

Honest and efficient service
I was having multiple issues with my pool requiring, I thought, several different repairs. As it turns out, I just needed one simple repair and some sound advice. In just 30 minutes, Jerry provided exactly what I needed and did not seize the opportunity to run up the bill.
