Honest and efficient service
I was having multiple issues with my pool requiring, I thought, several different repairs. As it turns out, I just needed one simple repair and some sound advice. In just 30 minutes, Jerry provided exactly what I needed and did not seize the opportunity to run up the bill.

Jerry is a Swimming Pool Repair Master
We contacted Jerry's company for a Pool Filter cleaning & repair. Jerry called us back, set an appt time for 9am the next day. He showed up on time, showed me the real problem, cracked lower tank case. He then provided my options: 1)replace lower tank only, about $275-350; 2)replace entire Pool Filter, estimated at $625, including install. [yes,I did check with the local retail Pool supply. they quoted me $650-$750 just for the Pool filter. install was $100-200 extra] We decided to replace the entire Pool Filter. Jerry called his pool parts supply, lined up a new/complete Hayward DE Pool Filter of same size, picked it up, installed it, did a QA check for leaks, provided new DE powder, and checked our chemical levels. He was nice enough to wait for me to return from the bank. I highly recommend AZ's Best Pool Service & Repair. Remember to ask for Jerry. They resolved a major headache for my wife and I.

Wow! Highly Recommend!
I found Az's Best on Kudzu. Didn't want to make another blind call out of the yellow pages. I figured it would be nice to call someone who had positive reviews. I spoke with Jerry on Monday. He's based out of Suprise and I'm located in Gilbert. He was at my house the next day promptly at our agreed upon time. He checked out the several repair problems I was having with my pool. Honestly I was expecting to spend anywhere from 250-500 dollars on the repairs I felt needed to be done. Not only was Jerry courteous and professional. He also was thorough in explaining my problem. My pool needed a part that he didn't have on him...so he jumped in his truck, picked up the part, returned within an hour and installed it. To top it off my pool was fixed for under $100 dollars. After 10 years of using different pool companies for repairs and each time feeling like I'd been taken...I've finally found a pool company that will be getting my return business everytime my pool needs repair.

Good & Bad
Jerry came out when promised to repair a broken valve and change out the sand in my filter. This part of the service was great. I also needed my spa controller repaired which he said he needed to contact the manuf. to get more info for the type of controller I had. I did not hear from him for over a week so I called him. Left message (I have never been able to get him to answer on first try - I always have to leave a message). He did finally call me back and said he was still working on the problem and would call when he had an answer. It has been well over a month and I have yet to hear from him again. I had to call another company and they repaired it the day they came out. I won't use him again which is too bad since his initial visit/repair went fine. If he could not repair it then a quick phone call to me would have allowed me to get it repaired by someone else sooner.

Pool pump repair
Jerry came within 24 hours of our call, cleaned out the impeller, and only charged $40. Did not try to sell us any extra service or repair, was professional. Checked to see it was working before he left. How refreshing is that???

Taking Care Of Business
Az Best pool service takes care of business, in a timely manner (24 hours from call) with a budget price. I called AZ Best as president of a HOA due to A BROKEN POOL PUMP. The pump was replaced in a timely manner and the broken pump was rebuilt. Jerry dropped off the rebuilt pump with all the gaskets for future use. That really lightened my load as presidnt of the HOA which is a thankless job.

Truly Exceptional- I'll Never Call Anyone Else
I needed a motor for my pool and found one at online for just under $300 at the "L" chain store. They wanted over $100 for the install AND there was a two week wait for service. I found Jerry on Kudzu.com. He called me back the same day and had the motor installed the following day. I saved well over $100 and two weeks of watching my pool turn green. I mentioned that my in-floor cleaning system was broken and asked if he knew if the company was still in business. He told me it was and that he would get me the parts -FREE OF CHARGE- I had tried to get parts four years ago through the builder with no luck and had given up on ever repairing the system. He took care of it in a matter of days. Jerry has a small company and there may be times he can't answer your call immediately. SO WHAT? He provided the BEST service I've received from ANY company in any field over the last 35 years. He sets the Gold Standard for customer service. Did I mention that I live 60 miles from his business? At least 1/4 of his profit went for fuel. THE GUY NEEDS TO BE CLONED! Thanks Jerry.

Highly Recommend AZ's Best Pool Service
We contacted AZ's Best Pool after reading the reviews on Kudzu. We had a bad experience with another pool company and were looking to change. We would highly recommend this vendor for their honesty, dependability and professionalism. We now feel totally at easy when using our sparking pool! Is is great to do business with a company that is true to their word.
