excellent service
We've used Mari's service for almost 2 years. I wish we could still afford to, but things are tight right now. Always came home to a very clean home. Only had one issue with two of her cleaners which resulted in a burned motor on our vacuum cleaner. I requested the more experienced team. prices are fair and work is excellent. Yadira was my favorite as she speaks fluent English and has a phenomenal work ethic, but she's in the office now! They will do long term jobs, twice a month or a one off super clean. Maybe this spring . . .

We have used for years. They are reliable, trustworthy, perfectionists etc. etc. etc. All that and more.

Great customer service !!!!!!!
I have used Mari’s Cleaning Services twice and the cleaning staff does a great job. Sure they may miss one or two spots but 98% of your house looks spotless and they do a way better job then I would do any other day of the week. But the real reason I keep using Mari is because of Mari. The first time I used her she accidentally charged my card twice and she took care of it right away, and her maids were 30 minutes late the first time and she gave me a discount. No problems the second time her girls came out. But she is customer service orientated and wants to make sure you are completely satisfied without having to haggle if something does come up, and that’s all I can ask for. If there is a problem fix it and, she does! What more could you ask for?Mari now that I’m in my new place you will be hearing from me again. Thanks for all your help! -Victor

Disappointed
I started using Mari's Cleaning Services some time ago regularly. The service was good. This year though I had a revolving door of different girls. Some were good but I didn't have the same one - I had a series of girls recently that did a poor job. I finally had enough when the last one folded dirty wet towels and put dirty sheets back on the bed! I tried working it out but never did hear from Mari after the last cleaning job.

We at Mari's Cleaning Services are always disappointed when we see comments such as this as we take great pride in providing quality service to all of our customers. This is the 1st we have heard about the dirty sheets and the wet towels. Upon investigating the team member made the customers unmade bed like we do for about 90% of our customers. The other 10% we actually wash the sheets and remake the beds. She did not wash the sheets as it appears that the customer was wanting. This error and miscommunication on our part is very upsetting and unacceptable. The intention of our team program has always been the same team servicing the client and it will continue. As a result of this program our teams establish excellent working relationships with our customers, increased familiarity with the property, increased efficiency, and our customers feel very comfortable with the same people in their home each time. However, there are unfortunate circumstances that dictate team changes such as, employees out due to illness, clients request a change in the service day and/or time, car problems and so on. We are very disappointed and sorry that we were unable to meet our client’s needs.

Extremely satisfied
I have used Mari's Cleaning Services a few times over the past 6 months. They are punctual, friendly, detail oriented and trustworthy. And they do an EXCELLENT job cleaning. I have 2 small kids and 3 cats. I feel that my house has not been this clean since my family moved in 3 years ago. I would definitely recommend them.

Satisfactory
(+) -on time -started cleaning right away -payment was easy (-) -was not told the hourly charge was PER CLEANING PERSON. ex. if they charge $20 an hour, a 4 hour job would be $80 BUT if they had two people cleaning it would be $160 since it's PER PERSON. ***would have been nice to know from the start. -had some cleaning supplies that were ours lying around, and they used it all up! supposed to be using their own cleaning supplies. had to replace with our own money for the home we moved into. -overall not too bad but had hidden fees which i'm sure nobody appreciates.

It is upsetting to hear that we may have used our customer's supplies. We do provide our own natural products unless our customer requests us to use theirs. As far as the cost goes I am sorry for the misunderstanding. The cost does not change whether it is one person or if it is a two person team. A 4-hour job with one person is 4-hours. A four hour job with 2 gals is 2 hours each, still 4-hours. I apologize this was not commuincated better.

Clients have always been happy
I have used Mari's cleaning for a number of clients to help get their homes sold, or to make them show great for open houses. They have always arrived on time, and have done a great job, sellers have always been happy with the results.

Just couldn't cut it
I gave this company every chance to correct the mistakes they left while cleaning my home. To their credit, Mari was trying her very best to be accomodating, but in the end, I had to part ways with her company. The workers performed well below standards. And my integrity was questioned when Mari didn't believe me when I explained to her what was happening. I believe Mari to be a nice person, but needs to learn a thing or two about customer relationships.

It is truly unfortunate that our working relationship had to end in such a manner where unwarranted issues were noted in the submitted review. Yes, the customer did bring to our attention a few items they wanted accomplished better. We offered to have the Supervisor return and remedy to their satisfaction. In lieu of returning to just address those items the customer demanded an entire house cleaning. That is where our irreconcilable differences began and the working relationship mutually ended after our Supervisor completed the areas that were unsatisfactory. Mari’s Cleaning Services is committed to customer satisfaction and will continue to make every effort to go above and beyond. However, we will not compromise our integrity, honesty, and business principles

Not at all pleased
Not only did Mari's overcharge based on their estimate, but they inflated the number of hours they were actually at my house. They did an ok job, but certainly didn't meet or exceed my expectations.

All of us at Mari's Cleaning Services are committed to giving our clients the very best service at a reasonable fair price. Our commitment to current and future clients is evident by our strong rating over the last 5 years. When pricing services we give our best estimate of time at a more than fair hourly rate and only charge for the time spent. We take the claim of overcharging a customer or inflating their hours as a very serious and offending statement. Through strong communications we have established and continue to maintain wonderful working relationships with all of our clients. But rarely do we find a client making such statements with out giving us the opportunity to discuss the matter directly with them.
