Words do not quite describe the quality, professionalism, and sheer pleasure I got from working with Mari's Cleaning Services. Outstanding is not even close. The had taken my house from dreary and cluttered to clean and cleared up. A huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders, and it is all thanks to Mari and her crew. **THANK YOU**

Having using a cleaning service for 10 years, I decided to try someone new, and I am so glad I did. Mari's Cleaning Service, in particular, one of her employeees, Sulema, is fantastic. So thorough, so professional, and a job well done. I truly encourage anyone who is looking for a cleaning service to use Mari's. Mari's response to my original review is extremely inaccurate! The girl who was here cleaning my home told me she barely knew any English. And when you ask a question like "are you going to clean this fan or did you already?" she just nods her head. and you ask which is it and she again says yes and nods her head.
And yes I did send her away the first day because she was going on 5 hours of being here and in the last 10 mins I watched her do a quick wipe down of the base boards in the living room and clean a bathroom. This was an empty house and she didn't have to do any floors as I was having those steam cleaned, the house was not in bad shape. So what exactly took more than 4 hours when I found window sills were not cleaned, fans not cleaned, blinds not cleaned and not all the base boards were done. That is fine that windows are not included but all that other stuff is to be included on a move-in clean. So Mari sent her back the next day with another girl who also did not speak English, and is now saying they were here an additional 4 hours and trying to charge me for it! She never said she was charging me for it as I thought she was sending them back to make it right, since the girl told me she was done with the upstairs and again no window sills, fans, or blinds done. I even had to redo kitchen cabinets and baseboards.
This is nothing but a small business who does poor quality work, by people who can't speak the American language and are trying to over charge me.

After having been extremely disappointed by three other housecleaning services (all 3 are well-known companies)I was hesitant to try one more time. But with family coming over for the weekend, I really needed help with cleaning my home.
I took a chance on Mari's after reading the reviews on this site. And I am glad I did. Not only did the person who came to my home do a good job in cleaning (I am very particular) but she did so in record time. Fabiola was professional and thorough without taking excessive time to dust knic-knacks. Nor did she spend more time on her cell phone than actual cleaning (my pet peeve).
I was in and out during the 4.5 hours it took for her to clean my home from top to bottom and not once did I see her take longer than necessary to clean the rooms or talk once on her cell. There were only 2 small items that she overlooked but it was no big deal since it took me only a few minutes to do it myself. Next time (and yes, there will definitely be a next time) I will simply point it out to her. I appreciate the fact that this service uses hot steam to clean tile floors since I have 2 dogs and I think most cleaning agents are dangerous for children and pets especially if they crawl on the floor. The price quoted me was fair considering the pace at which Fabiola worked and how much she accomplished in 4.5 hours. Mari was professional and she actually answers her own business phone which is rare nowadays). My home smells clean and I am happy.

I have been using Mari's service for over 4 years now and have been EXTREMELY pleased all four years with her terrific service. Mari is very accomodating, responsive to things that come up and she and her team are kind, professional, and work hard to do an excellent job. I would (and DO!) refer her in a heartbeat. Best, most affordable, and professional cleaning service I've ever used. I like that they even go above and beyond and clean extra things like my pantry floor-which looks beautiful now, inside the fridge, baseboards, and microwave. Those extra touches make it very nice to come home too (I like the friendly notes on the toilet paper rolls too :)).

I had two girls cleaning my home and they were great- They started to clean before I even said anything! Love it- Great to see people that love their job. I explained to the lead cleaner what I needed done and when they finished everything was done great. Mari called me the owner afterwards and even asked me how the girls did- This is the owner calling me and asking me- I can't remember when an owner called and said what can we do or how did they do?
Please call Mari for your next cleaning I did and loved it- Oh now they come twice a month and keep my home clean!

I have been a customer of Mari's for over a year now. Mari and her staff are incredible to work with. The work they do is immaculate and everything is customer-specific. So whatever cleaning idiosyncrasy you may have, they will exceed your expectations. The pricing is good for the quality of work that is done. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with this company.

We needed our house cleaned with only a few days notice. Mari was able to fit us in and the ladies did a great job cleaning our house.
