I have used PC Made EZ on several occasions and have always been pleased with their work. They have always been on time, fix my computer properly, ans more...

Had troubles with my laptop. The thing would boot, but not go into Windows at all. I was about to bring it to Geek Squad but being the frugal guy I am I decided to contact a few other places and check prices. These guys contacted me back first, scheduled a time to come out and were at my home ON-TIME! Rarely do I ever have service people of any kind arrive on time. They were here about an hour and a half, fixed my laptop, answered a ton of my questions and were extremely helpful. All in all I got my laptop fixed, and spent less than I would have with Geek Squad. A+ for PC Made EZ. Great stuff guys!

All I can say is these guys are awesome. I have a small home business with 4 computers. I have tried and tried to get them networked and could never get it done. They came out and within an hour had all 4 computer networked AND had my printer networked as well so I could print to it from all 4 computers. On top of that they cleaned up my computers somehow and they are all running much better/faster. I would refer these guys to anyone!

These guys are amazing they are always there to help whenever I have computer problems and have excellent prices, I recommend them to all of my friends and family who will only use PC Made EZ for all our computer needs, very professional and know exactly what needs to be done.

My computer was acting uppop-ups, home paged changed, odd messages trying to get me to buy some antispyware program and so forth. The computer was horrendously slow. I called PC Made EZ and they sent a tech out that very day. He came out, and within 40 minutes my computer was working perfectly. I highly recommend these guys!

These guys took care of my issue when two other tech places could not. Great service and definitely worth the call. I would recommend them to anyone.

My computer was dead - I called Jason and received a call back within the hour and an appointment the next day! He was able to completely fix my computer in a timely manner and was reasonably priced. I have never written a review for any service I have received but this experience and service was awesome. I definitely recommend PC Made EZ!

I called PC Made EZ after I already dealt with Best Buy's geek squad. My laptop had stopped working and I took it to the Geek Squad thinking "its Best Buy, they have to know what they are doing right?". Wrong. They told me my hard drive had failed and they could not retrieve any of my old files and that I would need to replace the hard drive at a cost of nearly $500!!! I told em no way and took my laptop home and ended up calling these guys. Jason came over to my house, on time. He took a look at my laptop and read the report from the Geek Squad. He ran some diagnostics and told me the hard drive was in fact failing, but that odds are my files could still be saved. He told me he would need to take my laptop back to his shop to get the data off the drive and replace the failing one. He called me later that day with a quote for the drive replacement and data retrieval and it was a heck of a lot less than the Geek Squad. A few days later he had my laptop back to me and working with all my old files back on it, and he even handed me a DVD he made that had copies of all my files on it. In total I ended up spending less than half what the Geek Squad had quoted me, got a new hard drive and even got all my old files back. These guys are awesome! Thanks Jason!

Jeff, one of the techs with PC Made EZ, took care of my computer issues. He was on-time, professional and extremely helpful! I thought my computer was totally dead, but Jeff got it working again. Thank you guysyou rule!

One of the techs from PC Made EZ came to my home this past weekend and took care of my computer. It was running extremely slow and I kept getting pop-ups and other junk when unsing the internet. The tech explained to me what was going on, installed an "Anti-spyware" utility and scanned the computer, or something to that effect. He even showed me how to use the software whenever I needed to. My computer is running much better now. Thanks!
