We Fix Ugly Pools

Now that it is winter and we are not using our swimming pool we figured that it would be a good time to get some work done on our swimming pool. We called the ugly pool guys at we fix ugly pools and they came out and drained our pool, acid washed our pool and glass beeded the tile to remove the hard water stains. WOW! what a difference it made. We can't wait to swim in it again. Maybe we should have them install a heater!

Our automatic water leveler was over filling our pool and we called the ugly pool guys at we fix ugly pools and they came out and fixed it the next day. It was such a relief to get it done so quickly!

We had several bids for our new pool build and we chose to go with we fix ugly pools. We are so glad we did! They were a pleasure to do business with they were professional and they did a great job on our pool.

I hired we fix ugly pools to fix my tile from a mess that another contractor left. Loved the work they did! They will be starting my weekly cleaning service soon:)

We called we fix ugly pools because not only do they fix ugly pools but they also build beautiful new pools. We had our new pool built by them and we love it!

They were late several days and didn't even show up a couple of days that were scheduled. $8000 later our pool basically got pebble-tech, with no modernization. Now we have new pebble-tech with old equiptment that parts can no longer be found and purchased.

I had no ides what was wrong with my pool. They came out and found the problem right away! Use them!

I am so excited I can just scream!!! The Sun is up, the music is on, the grill is on fire and the cannon ball competition is under way! The family is all here and even the neighbors are wondering why we are celebrating. The Ugly Pool Guys did amazing work! Timely, affordable, and very High Quality!! Just wanted to add my commentsthe Ugly Pool Guys (and gals) are really awesome. We live in Maricopa and finding quality companies to come out here is very difficult. From the moment I picked up the phone, I knew I had found my guys. They were courteous and knoweledgeable, and knew a great deal about pools just from my questions. Mike was my pool representative and he showed up on time and prepared for all my crazy questions. Bottom line is that we had the project completed and they were amazing to work with! Our pool has never looked nicer and we have never enjoyed our backyard more. The owner, Brian, was at the Salsa Festival and we were sure to let him know about his great employees and great company. It was a pleasure to meet with him and you can see the pride that goes into what he does. Thanks again We Fix Ugly Pools and your (not so) Ugly Pool Guys!

They were sent by an insurance company to fix the pool motor, but did not do so.
We called the insurance company to complain, and were told that they were supposed to repalce it and not do minor work, as it broke down again within a week. The response of the company was to call our home and hurl abuse at my wife.
They not only provide poor service, but their behavior is UGLY. Customer service is UGLIER.
