M & D Chem-Dry

They cleaned my carpet and told me they were adding protectant. I noticed any new stains or dirt set in worse after the carpet cleaning then before. I think they stripped my carpet of its original protectant while they were cleaning. I called to ask about the protectant and left a message - they never called back.

I loved doing business with M&D Chem-Dry. Not only was their service of excellent quality and price, but Michael was professional, friendly, and reliable. The result was amazing and he even offered a discount. Michael kept the appointment on time and the price was exactly as quoted. I would reccomend M&D to anyone. Definitelly a pleasant experience.

It's nice to be pleasantly surprised when doing business with a carpet cleaning company. The appointment was kept on time and the service was excellent and professional. No pressure at all and my final charge was what was originally quoted. Great job and highly recommended.
