Silver Fox Plumbing & Air Conditioning

As a new homeowner, my budget is very limited. But that's doesnt mean Im cheap I gladly pay more if I know I'm getting a good service.

Silver Fox Plumbing & Heating was recommended by my coworker. I was having problem with my heater, which just wasn't heating. Since I am on a limited budget, I didnt want to buy a new heater -- so I was in search for reliable Repair Company.

The service technician came on time. He repaired the heater quickly, which was imperative since I took some time off from work and I was on very tight timeline. He was very polite and professional, and I definitely got a good price.

Had Dan come out because my water heater was leaking pretty badly. The whole tank had somehow come apart and was flooding my master closet! He was able to get the water to a minimum, and a whole new unit installed that day! I was amazed with his service, especially for how quick everything was.. Thanks SilverFox and Kudzu. I'll have you on speed dial from now on!

I've been in contact with Melissa and Brian for a few weeks now concerning my plumbing issues. They've been very helpful and have answered all of my questions. I finally had Brian come out today, and wasn't surprised to find their repairs done just as well as their service leading up to it! I will definitly be calling them for any future plumbing or ac repairs. Thank you guys for all of your help!

I woke up at 7 am to find my AC wasn't working. The house had gotten quite warm overnight. I called Silverfox at 7:30 and by 10:30 the AC was up and running. The technician JP was a sweatheart and explained every step of the repair. If I should need any AC repairs in the future, it will be with Silverfox.
Oh, and they do plumbing, too.

SilverFox came into our little house and consulted us on our options - when we came to a decision they did an expert installation in record time and with a crew that kept everything clean and tidy. My wife and I purchased a house and the AC failed to meet our expectations and was not cooling right. We called a "so-called" reputable company to look at our AC and give us a quote for repairs. The guy told us that we needed a compressor for over $2500. Wow!. We decided we needed a second opinion. The following Saturday we saw SilverFox on the internet and knew it would be hard to get a service tech to our house on a Saturday but Brian was here within two hours. He determined the problem was with an electrical component and had it repaired quickly for a couple hundred dollars. That saved us big time! Thanks Brian!

We called after 6pm on Monday night after calling several other 24/7 companies with little success. Brian was quick and efficient in scheduling a visit. JP came out as planned and did a great job at a fair price. In and out, and our unit was restored in 20 minutes. Thank you, Silver Fox!

This was a real rip-off. Do you ever think you would have to pay $200 just to put "a little" freon in your AC? I didn't before I met silver fox. Fox is a good name for them.

i had a problem with my a/c unit. of course, when brian showed up the problem did not occur. but he diagnosed the problem based on what i told him. i was hesitant because i had said to myself, this guy works fast, is he really going to get it right? well, i can say he did. my a/c has been working like a champ since he fixed the problem over a month ago. don't hesitate, these guys are good.

I called early on a Saturday morning and within an hour I had J.P. at my house. Did an amazing job fixing my swamp cooler and I just couldn't be happier with the money he saved me and the service performed. I highly recommend silver fox and will use them solely in the future for all AC/Swamp cooler issues.
