Quality & Service I can count on
This was the first time I called Silverfox and I will definately call again if the need arises...what's more I will recommend them to my family and friends. Sam was wonderful, kind and fast!! He fixed our AC in less than an hour. WOW!!! We are thrilled. He had the parts in his truck and I felt he went beyond what most would have done. He replaced the battery instead of the whole fan motor. Sam is GREAT!!Thanks for saving us a very hot, ugly day

Fire Works On The 4th
I had smoke coming out my vents on the 4th of July. In a panic I called several companies who were going to charge me $300 to check it out. Finally found Silver Fox who only charged me $75. My blower fan was burnt out and they had it up and running in couple hours. Great service great price!

Silver Fox, I have my recpt. Check contract #8408..the letterhead is Silver Fox, ROC#205508/205509. You added 2 pounds and one ounce of freon to my unit. If I was not doing business with you then hopefully my credit card won't be charged...

BreadBaker – It seems you believe you were over-charged for the services we performed so let’s break it down and see if this is true. Our service call is $75. The Ac Check-Up is $39.95. The list price for a refrigerant adjustment is $300. The list price for cleaning the condenser coil is $175. The total charge should come to $589.95. Since it only took 3 pounds of refrigerant (look at your invoice) the going rate in the industry is $35 to $40 per pound. So if we only charged you - lets say $105 for the refrigerant adjustment - your service bill should then be $394.95 Bill gave you one heck of a discount ( I have had long talks with Bill about giving such large discounts but he just doesn’t listen to me) and only charged you $250. That’s a discount of $339.95!! I see you have given a negative review to another Kudzu advertiser. 2 negatives and no positives? Seems you need to look elsewhere for your service providers as Kudzu has quality pros that charge a fair price for the services performed. If you want CHEAP try the AZ classifieds. Harvey the Silver Fox saying – one bad review out of all the 55 good 5 star reviews – I can handle that and I’m sure those who read this can handle it also!

The Wait Was Worth It!!
I knew It – after reading all these great reviews I knew when I called to have my AC fixed I would have to wait. I called last Wednesday and found out they were booked until Friday. Since I had 2 units on my house I was not desperate. Bill was on time Friday and found it was a simple electrical problem that cost me $175. I’m glad I decided to wait. I can image another AC company telling me it was a major repair and not knowing I would have paid it. The Silver Fox is now in my speed dialer!

Rick – Not all AC companies are dishonest however; every so often we do hear people being taken advantage of by a few companies out there. This time of the year is really hot so we are swamped and Amazing – most of our customers will wait to be serviced by our company. I am so happy it was not a major repair and I apologize you had to wait but IT IS THAT TIME OF THE YEAR! Fast Service!!
My water shut off valve to my house sprung a leak and was flooding my front yard. Called Silver Fox early Tuesday morning and they were out within 1 hour. They fixed the leak with a new valve at a very affordable price. I have now scheduled them to check out my air conditioner this week. I’m happy to say I have a AC plumber I can count on in any emergency.

Aaron - Your leak was caused by a faulty STEM valve that turns off the water going into your house. We replace 5 to 6 of these valves every week. If the builder would have installed a ¼ turn ball valve chances are you would not need our services. Of course we repaired the valve with that “¼ turn ball valve” to prevent more costly repairs in the future. Thanks for the 5 star review! Harvey is Wonderful!!
Harvey, sorry it took me so long to post. In October, I had you come to my home in Chandler to replace my kitchen faucet and do an annual check-up on my A/C unit. You were awesome! I've had no problems at all with my new kitchen faucet. I'm looking forward to my next annual check on the A/C unit this coming October - I just feel guilty about making you drive all the way to Chandler again. But I like your style and your jokes!! Great costumer service
At first, I was a little worried about using this company. They didn't show up for the first appointment or give a call until the next business day. My A/C needed repairs. Harvey gave me a very fair deal for the repairs. I would definitely use them the next time my A/C needs work.

SUPER customer service
I had Silver Fox come out & inspect my AC unit for the yearly insp based off the reviews on kudzu, and John was super. I was so impressed with thier service, that I had them replace my EVAP cooler. The service that I received from Harvey & John were second to none. If you want a good product and great customer service at a good price, these are the guys to call!

Harry – We are proud to say the Master Cool you had us install is the Top Of The Line contractor series. As you know you can’t buy this evaporator cooler from Home Depot. It has the 12 inch cooling pad – 10 hour water purge pump and the smart thermostat. We receive many calls from potential customers who want us to install those LOW COST Master Cools from the box stores which we must decline. As the saying goes “You get what you pay for!”. As you also learned the company who installed your Top Of The Line Master Cool (us - the Silver Fox) stood behind the Master Cool installation by replacing the NEW defective thermostat with another. Yes Harry, it’s important what product and company you choose for your cooling and plumbing needs and thanks for the several referrals you have already sent our way. Great Job!
Alvin, did a great job of replacing all our shower parts. We had a leak which he verified was from our old shower handle and he recommended that we replace the cartridge. Instead we had purchased all new shower components from Home Depot which he installed for us. He did great job on the installation and I was really happy with the whole experience. Someday when I get around to servicing the A/C I will be calling Silver Fox.

Extremely honest service
I just had my A/C serviced by Silver Fox and was extremly impressed with their honesty. I had them come out 2 times. The first time they looked at the system they said the problem might be with the TVX valve and would cost me about $850 to fix. That's quite a bit of money so for me so I had to hold off on getting it repaired. They came out a second time a few weeks later (I had to save up some money for the expense) but when they actually got into the system to begin fixing it they realized it wasn't the TVX at all. They fixed the unit and it only costs $233. They could have totally taken advantage of me and still charged me the $850 but they did not. I think that speaks volumes about who they are and how they do business. I am extremely impressed with their professionalism, honesty and quality of work. I will recommend their service to all of my family, friends and even strangers I meet that need A/C service. Thanks Silver Fox. And a special thanks to Alvin for fixing my A/C. Mike
