Finding a trustworthy, knowledgeable computer company can be scary and trickyluckily, we have found this company and can recommend them to you. We started working with them about 6 months ago from a recommendation from a friend and are SO glad we did! Highly recommended!

We were running our office on 6 servers. The speed was horrible, the servers all had errors, the network was in terrible shape. They came in was very professional and always responded in a timely mattter. They were able to help us rebuild and consolidate all of our office servers into 1 stable server. They also helped us with setting up daily backups of our exchange and file share. I would highly recommend thier services to anybody and the price is very competitive also.

I needed help setting up a truly redundant network for my recording studio. I am an expert at what I do, but anticipating all the ins and outs of a computer network was something I wanted to make sure I consulted with experts on. I feel extremely comfortable with my network's performance, and my disaster recovery options. Now I can truly say that Clover Mountain Sound is one of the best recording studio in the valley, thanks in part to Ideal Networks!

Ideal Networks saved our company thousands of dollars. They gave us a free network assessment and worked within our budget to get our network running flawlessly. We have been using Ideal Networks for a couple years now and we couldn’t be happier with the services they provide. Our previous IT solution was just not working for us any longer and we were suffering with daily outages and it was costing us a lot of business. Ideal Networks came in and very quickly reconfigured our network and got our stability issues under control. Since then we have not had a major outage or even a minor that lasted longer than 1 hour. Whenever an issue has occurred we have been able to get a real person on the phone and a resolution to the problem on the same day even on weekends (Most of the time it only takes a few minutes to get a resolution).

We would recommend Ideal Networks to anyone who is thinking of setting up a new network or even come in and fix your existing network. From our experience they are professionals and have extensive experience in the IT field. They will become an asset to your company the same way they have become an asset to my company.

By the Way – Did I mention they cost us half as much as out previous “IT Solution”

Dear Sirs,
I just wanted to write to tell you how satisfied we are with the upgrade. We feel much more secure and do not have nightmares of server failure or payroll not getting transmitted anymore. From start to almost finished (is a network company’s work ever finished?) the process has been as smooth as could have been expected. You completed the installation and setup on time and on budget, which cannot be said for most companies these days. While the overall experience has been great, there are a few points I would like to stress.
From the first phone call and visit with us, Steve and Dave have been very helpful and patient. They try very hard to make something difficult for the layperson to understand, understandable. We had so many questions and concerns regarding this change and they made sure to address each one and make sure we felt comfortable throughout. We are a small business and our network used to be a rats nest of cables and wires. Being the default IT administrator I would (again) have regular nightmares about failures, connection problems and the like. Not anymore, I don’t have to touch cables or wires and if there is a problem I can send in a work ticket, call or email Dave and he is always prompt with his answer (he actually answers his phone). This to me is where Ideal Networks really shines.
