I went here to have my dreadlocks chopped off and she did a GREAT job! She spent 2.5 hours on my hair and I left a new woman. Instead of just chopping it off and giving me a pixie cut, she preserved as much length as possible and spent over an hour combing out the knots. I returned later to get my hair colored and she did an average job. My roots didn't match the rest of the color perfectly, but I was still pleased.

I LOVE how they decorate for Christmas! Awesome ambience.

The cost does add up quickly though.

This is a good place to get nice haircut.I go there because I get personal service and good advice from them.The store is clean and price is good.The staff is friendly and will always listen to you about your idea of hairstyle.Also you can get great hair product information which is suitable for you.

i like going to es urban because of the personal service that i get from her. they have a great place where you can go to and get great hair cuts. she gives me good hair maintenence tips and at the same time does a very good job cutting it. well maintained and clean hair store.
