Quick Response
We called on a Sunday evening and thought we would have to wait for an appointment or pay a fee for an emergency response - NOT SO! Mark came out and repaired the door in less than an hour for the price he quoted to us on the phone... no hidden charges, quick response, and a pleasant, friendly owner that believes in providing quality service - very refreshing. We will definately use in the future and will recommend to friends and neighbors. THANKS, MARK!

Excellent service
I knocked my door off the rails with a golf car. Displaced 4 rollers, bent the door and several hinges. A-Authentic sent a technician who arrived within two hours of my call at night on a weekend. To my amazement he got the door up and running in about half an hour; explained the options for replacement. The charge was $122 which I thought fair. I'll probably have this company replace the door.

Think Twice - Not Very Friendly!
1 yr. ago, they did a great job repairing door #1. This time door #2 was a redo from 2 days ago when it wasn't fixed prooperly. The Tech. who was sent to finish the job was angry and doubting me that the door had just been repaired for $700+, 2-days earlier. He then wrote on the paperwork that our car's back-end was underneath the door and the door was in motion when it happened. What?? There was no car in the garage at the time. This was a false statement and I felt a way for them to try to void any warranty on their workmanship. When I called the office to question why the tech. wrote this, the receptionist was argumentative and very unprofessional. When I asked to speak to the owner, she refused and became sarcastic. Her customer service skills need improvement and she is a bad representative of the company. Be careful what you tell the tech. and read carefully how he interprets it. Still waiting to hear from the owner.

Awesome Service
I would recommend this business to anyone. The service was great and so were the prices! They were also very fast so I didn't have to miss much work.
