Toni & Guy Hair Salon

I had my hair done by Frankie and he was great! He was very good at listening to what I wanted and also did such a nice job on coloring my hair. The atmosphere was great and I received wonderful customer service overall. Thank you Tony and Guy!

I have had my hair done at Tony and Guy for the past few months and my experience there has been awesome! The staff is friendly, upbeat and definitely skilled at their profession. My colorist is Jenny and she is amazing. I would recommend her to anyone who who is interested in getting their color done. She is helpful, listens to what you want, and does a great job overall. I always leave there with a smile on my face:)

I visited the Toni & Guy Salon located in the Chandler mall and was very impressed. I was seen by Jeremiah who was absolutely awesome! I am very picky and he exceeded all my expectations. Not only did he give me a great haircut but also great customer service and was alot of fun to visit with as well. When I first stepped in the salon I received the red carpet treatment from start to finish. I will definitely return to see Jeremiah in the future. He gave me a very trendy cut that is easy to manage myself. Thank you Jeremiah for the great experience! :-)

I would recamend jeramiah and Jenny , well that is just my choice. she does the best job , she also makes my hair look scene, wich i love, and jeramiah cuts my hair like scene and it looks awesome!!! I love love love this salon !!! :]] that is why i gave it 5 Stars!!! :DD

My daughter has her cuts with Ashley and I use Casey. We get a great cut and lots of help with proper styling. The best thing is that I can do the style when I get home and I don't walk out with big ugly hair! My colorist is Jenny and she's great too. I love my color and she's great at keeping me looking natural. My highlights don't look like a 6 year old painted my hair.

I've been going to Toni & Guy @ Chandler mall for at least a year now and I love it. I get my hair cut by Ashlee and colored by Andrea. They are both amazing!! I get compliments on my hair daily--this is the place to go! Very young, hip, and fun!

A few months ago I went to have my hair colored from Blonde to brunette and was told that i would have to wait to get a color correction appointment. I got the color correction appointment and the woman dyed my hair brown. She didnt put anything on my hair before coloring it brown though. She also went onto the phone twice whilst cutting my hair. She text people too. I'm not normally bothered by not having conversations in the hairdressers but this was just rude. At first the color looked nice, and i was happy when i walked out of the shop. But after just two washed the color faded and ended up having a greenish tinge. The girl who cut my hair actually did a really good job, and was incredibly friendly, thats why i gave 2 stars.

I went to get a partial highlight at Toni and Guy in the Chandler mall, and was completely disappointed in the service I received. The colorist was FRANKIE, who was absolutely awful!! He smelled like alcohol and cigarettes from the night before, did not talk AT ALL, and when I asked him a question he would give me a one-word answer. He completely acted like I was a burden, rushed through my color as fast as he could, and then sat me in a stained chair in the back to process, forgot about me, then had the nerve to tell me that 'styling' would be an extra $15. I told him I refused to walk out of there (spending that much money) with wet hair! Then he forgot about me at the sink, with toner in my hair, which started to burn, and there was no one back there to tell. AK, who was amazing and heard what was going on, said no problem, I'll take you and style your hair for free after he heard how Frankie was behaving. But while AK was busy, another young girl started blow dryingand yes..go my hair STUCK in the blowdryer! I was almost on the verge of tears. AK took my away and tried to make it up to me, but I will never go there again. What horrible service with untrained, just out of beauty school people who obviously don't know what they're doing. It was definitely NOT worth the money. I have never had such a horrible experience.

For years I have been going to Chandler's Toni & Guy and getting my hair done by Michelle & Trevor. They do a wonderful job and I never leave unhappy. I get so many compliments on my hair too! Thank you guys!

The salon is nice but the stylist aren't so much. The salon is upbeat and clean with a nice feel, but when you talk to the employees it makes you wonder what you're in for. I pay a bit more hoping that the more skilled stylists will do a better job but it's just a crap shoot. The last two times I was very unhappy with my hair. I don't remember the first girls name but the other is Shelly. Shelly charges $49 as she is at a higher level than others but that didn't seem to make her any more skilled. I asked for about an inch taken off and to reshape my style as the last time I got chopped, over processed and it was a grown out mess. I had the cute a line cut (Victoria Becham) that was about three inches 2-3 inches past my ears and now it is just covering them! I look like I should be wearing a flapper dress! I feel so ugly. I couldn't tell how it really looked when I left because you always have to style it yourself but I knew I didn't like how short it was. I said that I liked it as I don't ever like to cause a scene and I was in shock. I couldn't believe what I just paid to get my hair chopped! Anyway I just called to get the corporate number. The recepyionist said she had to look it up and asked me to hold. Ya right! Just as I thought the manager/owner AK got on the phone. I told him that I was unhappy and why. He was very understanding and accomidating. He gave me 2 free cuts (by him)and some free product. Because of him I will give the salon another shot and rank it Satisfactory. Thank you AK.
