Dr. Gitt and his staff are awesome!

From the moment I arrived for my consultation for post-bariatric surgery I was treated with respect. Dr. Gitt was very optimistic about what he could do for me, but was also very honest about the possibility of complications. I really appreciated the information so that I could make and informed decision. I was given specific instructions for ways to prepare myself before surgery and how to take care of myself after surgery to reduce the possibility of complications.

I went forward with the surgery and have had wonderful results. I am now 9 days post surgery and am extremely happy with the outcome.

Dr. Gitt's staff is incredible! The office staff is always friendly and helpful. The nurses are skilled and patient. The gentleman who administered the anesthesia was comforting and showed great concern for my wellbeing. He even came to check on me as I was being released. Every staff member made me feel as if I was the most important patient there.

Dr. Gitt was also able to work with my insurance company when it looked hopeless.

Overall, I had a very positive experience and HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. GITT AND NORTH VALLEY PLASTIC SURGERY!

Upon meeting Dr. Gitt I was impressed with his demeanor and credentials. We spoke about a tummy tuck with hernia repair. He explained how the procedure would be split into a cosmetic component and medical component (that would be billed to my insurance). I explained that I had a very high deductible and wanted a realistic figure of what I would be charged, because if it was too much, I was not going to have the procedure done. He assured me if I paid in cash for the cosmetic procedure and my insurance company did not pay for the medical portion, I would NOT be charged anything further. The rest of his staff reiterated this notion. I even received documenation showing my portion of the medical procedure as $0. My decision to proceed with the procedure was based on this last point. With complete trust in Dr. Gitt, I agreed to undergo the procedure. From this point forward, my experience became a nightmare and his word a lie! The service end of this practice is appalling. The nurse that performed the pre-op appointment did not know what she was talking about and instructed me to buy things that were not needed for the surgery. Dr. Gitt did not prescribe the proper amount of pain medicine to get me through the first week (taking the pain meds as directed by the surgical nurse) consequently, leaving me without meds on Sunday. It seems as if this was the first surgery he has ever done! Despite Dr. Gitt's word, I'm still receivig bills for the medical portion too!

Before deciding to get breast implants and a tummy tuck, I did ALOT of research and finally decided to go with NVPS and specifically, Dr. Gitt. Dr. Gitt is extremely professional, licensed, educated, knowledgeable, experienced, and makes you feel very good about yourself. His work is impeckable and I could not be happier with the breast implants and tummy tuck. He is always available to see you and/or answer your questions. His staff of other doctors, nurses, and administrative assistants are all very professional and readily available. This is the place to get your work done. I will refer all of my friends and family to Dr. Gitt. And if I chose to have any more work done, there is only one doctor I will trust to work on meDr. Gitt. I LOVE him and the work he does!! Thank you, Dr. Gitt, you have really helped me change my life :)

I had a breast reduction and changed my implants that he had put in before to smaller and did the breast lift. I have the worst scares all over my breast and it has been almost 2 yrs. After the procedure I ended up getting an infection. I got rushed in for surgery again and Dr. Gitt told me don't worry I will take care of the charges if your insurance doesn't pick it up. YA RIGHT! I owe 11,000 for the infection on top of the 10,000 I already paid for the procedure. MY breast look horrible. On top of all that he also had to call another Dr in to do the emergency surgery cause he had to many patients on the books for consultations. I would love to show you what he did to me and you would change your mind. He is not interested in you just your money. PLEASE find someone else. I am going to another Dr. to get them fixed.

Did it for myself,brought back self-confidence. Wonderful job, looks SOOO Natural,feelsexy again. The staff was very professional and caringand informative from the beginning to the end.Would recommend to anyone.It's an investment to me from me with all my Love. Dr. Gitt , thank you.

I just had lipo and a tummy tuck with Dr. Gitt and after only 4 weeks, I am thrilled! The results are amazing! He did exactly what I asked for and more!
His staff is wonderful and caring and having had a few cosmetic procedures in the past, I would rate Dr. Gitt at the top!

I recently had a procedure performed by Dr. Gitt and I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Gitt and his staff. Dr. Gitt was very patient and caring to my needs throughout the entire process. And the staff at the office was great too. I recommend Dr. Gitt to anyone wanting cosmetic/reconstructive surgery.

I had a consult for several areas of interest. Dr Gitt pumped me full of his ego and talked about how great he is. How about talking to me as a patient. I do not care about your Air Force "dreams". I wanted to talk about me and my needs.

I was referred to Dr. Gitt by two other happy patients. I had a breast augmentation and nipple reduction. The experience from consultation to post-op was professional and top notch! I was up and running within 24 hours and only had slight discomfort and soreness. The best part of the whole experience is that I love the outcome and my husband and I could not be more happy!! I would reccomend Dr. Gitt to any of my friends and family!
