Great experience
After a disastrous experience, we called MD -- the experience was great. Problems all taken care of very professionally and in a timely manner.

best service in town
I had this company out in Feb to look at my furnace. they were very honest and told me my furnace was bad. I could replace it with a new one or get a heat pump with my A/C. we were going to go with the heat pump, so the tech went up on our roof to look at our existing unit. a few minutes later he came back down to tell me we had a heat pump already. the wires had been disconected, he fixed it and instead of 5000.00 it cost 180.00 thanks for your honesty and work.

Excellent Service
We called late Saturday night and they came first thing Sunday morning and fixed our motor that died. The service was prompt and less expensive than going through another company. Don't go with anyone else before you try this company.

Before wasting your time & money anywhere else
The Absolute BEST!!! American Home Maintenance said $391.48. MD's Cooling & Heating did for $120! Folks, you do the math! Dave was here within an hour of calling on a Saturday. Dave was professional, polite and fixed the problem, 2 condensers in less than 20 minutes. We didn't have to take off work for an "appointment". It really doesn't get any better, service and price wise, than MD's Cooling and Heating!!!!!

Don't Call Anyone Else!!
Our Airconditioning System went out on July 3rd after hours...we called around and were quoted astronomical fees for having them come on a holiday! Dave came first thing on July 4th, charging the same rate as normal, diagnosed the problem and changed the motor within an hour! He charged 1/2 of what we were quoted elsewhere! He saved our 4th of July Party!! Thank You So Much!

This is the guy your looking for
Dave responded to my call on a Sunday within 2 hrs. He made a common sense diaganosis and repair without charging the usual astronomic fee's he also recomended several tweaks to the system that should have been addressed by the original installer(my assessment not Dave's)This service call and repair for $100 thats reasonable. Am.Home Maintainence(a sales org. not a service org.) would have milked this for 500.00 easy

Honest
One of our a/c's stopped working. We had it looked at by the very large company that installed it. 2 hours later, they claimed by process of elimination that it was the compressor and would cost about $2,000 to fix. I found MD's through an online search and decided to take advantage of the no cost 2nd opinion. Within 5 minutes, Dave showed us that by pressing a button the condensor kicked right in. However, when the a/c was turned on, the fan clearly wasn't rotating. It was a fan problem and MD's charged a reasonable $300 to fix. I don't know how the other company could have made such a big mistake and will never use them again now that I have found MD's.

Excellent Customer Service
Our air conditioning stopped working on Father's Day 6/15/08. We called a few other places, but no one could come out until the next day. Finally, we called MD's and Miguel rushed right over. He did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the problem! Thier prices were very resonable as well. Thank you so much Miguel! We are going to recommend your company to everyone we know!

Great Friday Night Service
Our AC stopped working on a Friday evening (about 6 pm) when we called, while the call was outside normal hours, they sent Dave over within an hour to fix the issue, and we did not feel that we were gouged. They were great. Thanks
