Jack and Steve are wonderful. They were prompt for the appointment and took the time to explain what they were going to do.Jack brokedown and explained the cost of everything. I have twin 2 year olds and my carpet looked drab grey full of food and drink stains and my 3 piece couch had so many stains i was embarssed to have people come in. After they were done, the carpet was a lite tan color-looked like when i first bought the home and my couch set looked like it came out of the store. I highly recommend this company and have every intention of using them again. THANK YOU THANK YOU

Americhem did a beautiful job cleaning my dirty dingy gray carpet & bringing it back to its orginal color of oatmeal. Their work is amazing & beyond what we hoped for. My carpet was disgusting and now its beautiful. They are very professional, friendly and reasonably priced. I will definitely continue to use their services! They are worth it. A++

Americhem arrived on time and jack was as friendly as they come. We did a "walk through", he asked me some questions, and explained in detail what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. It was simple , informative , and the cleaning was fantastic ! I have had a few urine spots survive through at least 2 carpet cleanings. They always re-appeared after the carpet dried , or in a few days after the cleaning. So here I am 3 weeks after americhem cleaned my carpets and NO URINE spots to complain about. I am very happy with them. Will definitely use again.

As a property manager I have used many carpet cleaning companies, and I have to say that Americhem is by far the best company that I have ever used. I would recommend them to anyone prompt, professional service and quality service.

Jack explained the entire process and that pet urine sometimes requires replacing the pad and additional treatments. He did come back a 2nd time at no charge to spray the enzyme cleaner again. Great service and only issue was the price quoted in person was more thean the price quoted over the phone. Will certainly use again for carpet cleaning.

Americhem did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. Arrived on time and charged exactly the amount quoted over the phone. They protected our wood furniture and completed the job in short order. Would hire them again.

First of all, in reply, you NEVER said PARTIAL refund. You said a refund for the carpet stretching. Do you have to have me make an appointment for you to fix the carpets to send a refund check in the mail?? I don't think so. I told you I don't want you now to fix the carpets, I just wanted my FULL refund!! NO REFUND HAS MADE ITS WAY TO ME PARTIAL OR FULL !! WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU.

I called Americhem to do some carpet stretching on a home I just bought. They did a great job stretching 5 rooms and then they did a great job deep cleaning them! Fast, friendly, affordable, and reliable. Thanks!
