Online blogs very helpful
While I don't live in Phoenix, I have found Russ's online blogs to be very useful for myself, and for my children, whose safety is always a big concern of mine since they now live on their own.

We had our rental home re-keyed. Acme Locksmith was fairly priced and very responsive. Alex was on-time and professional. He even offered suggestions on how we could make our home more secure.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
I lost my keys to my car and found Acme on the Interenet...When I called and told my situation, Sean a customer service rep with Acme was SO HELPFUL!!! instead of trying to charge me an arm and leg like the other guys do, Sean was very helpful by telling me all the options I had available to me to replace the key..When I arrived at Acme Sean took care of me right away. I was in and out the door in 30 minutes and I paid at least $100 less than what the competitors were charging!!! I HIGHLY reccomend ACME if you need a new set of keys or you're just looking for something to secure.

Excellent Service...Excellent Price
I decided to re-key two locations after a theft. I saw ACME in Kudzu, with the great reviews, and chose them. The reviews weren't wrong! The people answering the phone were nice, the price was reasonable, they came when they said they would, and Alex who did both locations and ten locks was great -- knowledgeable and friendly -- an excellent representative of the company. I highly recommend them and would definetely use them again.

Sean save me BIG money, thanks!
The ignition cylinder on my car jammed with the key in it. Honda wanted $575 for the part ALONE, and a local auto guy said "Wow, the PART'S $420".
So while at Acme for a some basic "Come re-key this shed door" service, I mentioned this to Sean, and asked if he had any ideas.
"Let me look at it, I might be able to fix it", he replied.
I asked him when he could do it, he told me "Now", so I left the car with him.
Two hours later, he had pulled the ignition cylinder, and fixed it, good as new.
Total cost? $85.00 !!!!!!!!!
Friendly, helpful, efficient, and the total cost was less than the car guys would have charged me for labor alone.
I told Sean that they ought to advertise that service.

The only Locksmith I would use!!!
WOW! The promptness and courtesy shown from every person in this organization is amazing! From the initial phone call to the parting "gifts" these guys are great! I explained my situation with the front door lock to the scheduler. He relayed this info to the service tech--Matt...The tech (Matt) had time to think about the lock -- when he arrived, he went right to work , explained all the options and took care of the problem in no time flat! Very professional! In uniform, real company truck, had his tools ready to go...had the parts! What else could you ask for? Honest pricing for Honest work! Thank you ACME-- Thank you Matt!!

Exceptional Service
Thanks so much for having Blake come to my office today, he was prompt, professional and (maybe the most impressive of all!) very neat! He used some inginutity and a creative approach to install a lock in a space we didn't anticipate needed to protect...thanks Blake!
