I contacted several Contractors about adding a Mother-In-Law suite with handicap accessibilities to our home. With in the hour of sending an email to Doug on a Sunday late morning he called me. Doug listened to what we were trying to achieve and spent several hours on the phone with me that day. I emailed him a rough draft drawing I created as we talked and he gave me several suggestions that would help reduce costs. He also gave me advice on several crucial points from hiring someone to create the plans to the end of the build and unnecessary extra charges I should watch for. After talking to other contractors I have to say DOUG IS ONE IN A MILLION, he was very caring, offering his advice in a charitable way. A week later I called Doug and talked for an hour about issues I was confused and concerned about; again he offered his professional advice to avoid problems that could occur. After our conversation he emailed me several pages of info to guide us. We are most definitely considering Doug to be involved in our build once we are ready to start. I will add a second review once we are done but I’m very confident Doug will help this build go smoothly and he will protect us from any unforeseen problems like it was his own home and money. We first weren't sure what we were getting into when our house burnt down. When we were introduced to All Pro the personal service and attention was outstanding. He worked with us one on one with new ideas and design changes. What he provided was outstanding. After we decided on the new layout he wasted no time getting the drawings done. Other then a few minor changes needed from the city, whitch he addressed right away we couldn't be happier. I would recommend All Pro to anyone needing help building or remodeling their home.

I have to say that Doug is great at what he does. I have been in the construction business for 14 years here and the plans that my customer had drawn up by him are great. They are very detailed and Very complete. He has been more than cooperative in making any changes that have been needed to be made for either me or the customer. He is very timely in getting the plans completed. Another great part of his service is he is very easy to get a hold of. All in all I was very impressed with the service and support he gives throughout the drafting process. I would recommend him for any job that you may have planned, be it a complete home or a remodel.

Doug is not only personable but extremely knowledgable. From the first meeting to the final plans of a 2000 sq ft addition and total remodel, Doug was the answer man. I had some basic ideas but Doug was able to take what we wanted and make it work. Reviewing the final plans with everyone from the concrete guy to the truss guy has received the same comment "This guy makes a really nice set of plans". I can't think of any higher praise than to get a compliment like that!! Great job and Thanks again Doug.

Doug is extremely professional. He was always punctual. My wife and I wanted to make improvements to our house after a house fire, and Doug was instrumental in creating the new design. Doug has the ability to take your wants, desires and abilities and design extremely creative ideas and options. I wouldn't hesitate to use All-Pro again. I have nothing but admiration and gratitude. Doug has been the best part of my house fire. Doug provided innovative alternatives to our ideas that saved us thousands and overall improved the look and feel of the house. I highly recommend.

It was a pleasure working with Mr. Dough of All-Pro home services. He was not only professional residential building designer but he provided us with so much information to walk through step by step as it was my first custom home. He is very reasonable,flexible and supportive compared to other professional firms. Defenitely I will recommend All-Pro homes to anyone for their custom home needs.

Ive been a contractor for thirty years I used to do my own drawings for room additions when it came to my own kitchen addition & remodel I hired Doug he was always on time & did exactly what he said he would do! He has terric ideas & did a fantastic job for us thanks Doug

I was extremely pleased with Doug's ideas and his work. I had some ideas but he certainly improved on mine.
I would recommend him to anyone because he was always on time for appointments and just did wonderful work.
