great company
Desert Sun Installation came out to my house and transformed my backyard into my dreamyard.The customer service was top notch.Everything from start to finish was stress free.

Best Landscape Company !!!
I contracted with 2 different Landscape Companies to have my landscaping installed and wasted my money on both - One Company lied about their credentials and the other one completely failed to do the work I paid for. Then, I found DESERT SUN INSTALLATIONS - I was very cautious in the beginning, but they took time with me and proved to be the BEST I've ever had. I was so happy with their workmanship, that I hired them to maintain my property. Their work is impeccable and service is outstanding. I will highly recommend them to my friends and family. THANK YOU

Be VERY, VERY CAREFUL
If you are considering this company because of their low prices, be very careful and consider the following before you engage with them: 1-Their warranty is for 60 days-Moon Valley and many others are for one (1) YEAR 2-Get EVERYTHING IN WRITING....EVERYTHING. Do not trust "DON'T WORRY, I'LL TAKE CARE OF THIS and THAT". 3-Unapproved plant substitutions were done on my $6,500.00 project; NOTHING was done to resolve the problem. The plan I submitted to my HOA was not followed-This could get you in trouble? 4-Don't pay in cash as they insisted of me; this seems unusual for a business to operate that way? 5-If you are having granite placed, INSIST on WASHED granite. UNWASHED granite is cheaper and has a significant amount of granite POWDER/DUST that will disappear in the monsoons. Remember the old adage "The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price". As is true of many things, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

This particular customer of ours agreed upon a backyard landscape, instead, he got a lot more than he paid for - in fact we connected the front yard irrigation and fixed the swale at no charge. Granite ordered for the back yard per contract was used to fix up the front yard – customer later complained that the granite in his back yard was too thin and insisted we bring more but firmly refused to pay for it. In effort to keep this customer satisfied we went above and beyond of our contractual obligation - however his list of demands only got longer and more unreasonable. After 3 trips back to his property – we requested an on-site meeting which he adamantly refused and threatened legal action. We consulted our legal council and per his advice took pictures after our last service date. Richard, you had an opportunity to review our contract terms long before you signed it. Our Proposal and Contract is very clear and detailed. Your claim that nothing was done to resolve your issues is FALSE which makes your review a failed attempt to slander our company especially since we have pictures of completed project. I effort to assist you with your budget – we accepted only small deposit instead of a down payment and allowed you to make a mid-way progress payment even though the whole project was completed in 1 day and Final Walk through took place the following day. The granite you received was the granite you paid for – match existing in the front yard. Your bitterness has nothing to do with the product you received. All reading this, please know that DSI strives to make every client happy. We want you to know that in choosing Desert Sun Installations we will give you a backyard of your dreams for a great price, we want everyone to be happy and we will always take the time to do so.

100% Satisfaction
Hired DSI to "upgrade" our front yard and court yard landscaping with boulders, pavers, rip rap the whole works. They did an excellent job, finished the whole job in one day!!! Excellent customer service, hiring them to do our back yard! Would highly recommend them.

THE Very Best Around
I called many landscaping places to come and give me a quote on claeaning up and doing monthly maintenance on my yard and this company was the only one who replied quickly and professionally. Phil arrived when he said he would and took the time to give me a thorough evaluation and quote. They put the customer back in customer service! They are definately a company to do business with. They know your time is just as valuable as theirs and do a great job at a very fair price! Now I will have Phil come back and do more yard improvements. Thank you all at DSI for doing such a FANTASTIC JOB!

Reliable, Fair, and Friendly
I called Desert Sun Installations for a one time clean up of my front and backyard. The initial phone conversation was polite and friendly. They scheduled my job quickly and at a fair price. They showed up on the scheduled date and the job was completed in a timely manner. When I got home I was extremely impressed with the quality of service I had received. I will HIGHLY recommend Desert Sun to all my friends and family. You just received an ongoing customer. Great job!

Installation and Maintenance
How refreshing to find a company that does it ALL and does it WELL. We hired Desert Sun Installations to install our landscape and they did an EXCELLENT job! They provided us with a great design and delivered beyond our expectations. We were thrilled to find out they do maintenance as well. We are very happy we chose DSI for our landscape project and we recommended them to our friends and family.

Jim Perlow, our salesman, took the time to explain all aspects of the landscape to include yard lighting. He was always available for questions and came back to make certain the work was completed to our satisfaction. Excellent work to include the construction of our Gas Firepit. Their crew arrives timely and completes the work quickly and everything is cleaned when they leave. Excellent Service, in fact we recommended Desert Sun to 2 neighbors and they had the same experiences. (Not the cheapest, however you get a Great Finished Yard quickly and will be the envy of the neighborhood)

Happy in Desert Ridge
Desert Sun is renewing my faith in service and quality. I've just begun a significant back yard landscape plan and have been impressed with my early experience. Desert Sun provided detailed and thoughtful plans. They are quick to respond on both large and small issues and respect stated budget guidelines. I look forward to following with future comments once the project is complete. Based on what i've experienced this far I highly recommend this company. The finished product exceeds my expectations. This is a good group with the right ethic, experience and skills to meet anyone's expectations. Highly recommend. Wouldn't think of calling anyone else if I had another landscape project to complete.
