I had them come and clean the carpets in the apartment I had moved out of. They were on time and did an excellent job.

I'm in a rental and my puppies peed all over are carpet and left stains. I thought I would try Getting the carpet cleaned first cause it would be cheaper then replacing all of it. I had tried almost all urine smell removal products you can buy and cleaning the carpet myself every few weeks. I'm happy to say I don't think I will need to replace them now that Northside carpet cleaning Got most of the stains out and the urine smell. If you need to get urine smell out I really recommend Northside carpet cleaning. It was the cheap and Al and his worker did a really good job. Al even said if the stains didn't come out he would come back and try it again. He said to wait about 8 hours for the stain to come out but it took about 24 hours. Also the urine smell took a few day also to come out. I feel like a got what I paid for and way more. I recommend Northside carpet cleaning to anyone who needs there carpet cleaned.

I chose Northside because of the great reviews here-and I am glad I did. The service was professional, efficient, and lived up to everything I read here. The cost was more than reasonable, and Al didn't try to unnecessarily up sell me. He also offered sound advice for my needs and the continued care of my carpet. I would definitely use his service again!

I was a little hesitant when Al said he could get my traffic areas clean because everyone that has cleaned my carpet says that.and then when it finally dries I can always see the traffic area! Not the case with Northside! Cleanest I've ever seen my carpet. Bravovery professional and reasonably priced.

We recently purchased a foreclosure and were going to tear the carpets out. I called Northside Carpet Cleaning as an attempt to salvage it. Al did such a great job. Our carpets were saved! My husband and I are very impressed with the results! Thanks for doing a great job!

I have had my carpets cleaned many times but they never seemed to be that clean or the traffic areas didn't seem to like there were cleaned. Al not only did a wonderful job he made sure that even the corners were clean. He didn't make me feel that I had to upgrade on the services. I would recommend this company to anyone and already did.

With so much advertising out there, it's hard to know who to believe and trust. Al did a great job and I would recommend him to others.
