Bridwell Automotive Center

I hate looking for a good, honest mechanic but I found one close to my new home and am very happy! I wont go any place else.

I won't take my car anywhere else. Bridwell is interesting in keeping your business and they do it by being fair and keeping their customers happy. Each time I've had my car serviced, I understand what work has been done and I know what may be coming (i.e. tires are showing signs of ware etc). Trust is a unique quality in the auto industry, but these guys earn it every time.

I broke down near this shop and looked on KUDZU to find a shop near me so my tow bill wouldn't be too high, and after reading the reviews I gave them a try. I was very happy I did. They gave me a ride home and picked me up afterwards and repaired my leaking radiator for a fair price. I'm so glad I found a new repair shop that I can trust because my dealership went out of business.

I went to this place solely b/c of the reviews, (and also b/c it is easy to waste time at grocery store next door). Had radiator hose leak, mgr kept me informed that it was an easy fix and nothing beyond hoses. Relatively quick fix, very service oriented no complaints, labor costs maybe a little high but I'm willing to pay for honest service and it's Scottsdale after all..

Great quality service that fit my pocket book ! I went in for a new battery and knew I was due for an oil change too yet was not sure if they had time to do both. They did and with a smile. Gotta love one stop shoppin !

I took my car in for squeaking breaks. They called me three hours later and told me I just had noisy breaks and that they really didn't need changing unless I couldn't stand the sound. So, I went and picked up my car fully expecting to pay at least for labor and NO CHARGE. Not only are they honest but they are beyond faira rarety in any business especially auto repairs. AND my brakes don't squeak any more! I love these guys!

Was extremely pleased with the quick repair. Staff seemed very knowledgeable and kept me informed of anticipated expenses.

This place is the best!!I moved here from Wisconsin and was lost on where to go for my auto.I was recommended here from a friend and they have been nothing but helpful and honest with all my vehicle needs!!

I have known Lane Bridwell for a long time and have always known him to do right by his customers. I have been taking my cars to them for over ten years. Jack is a the top notch tech that usually works on my cars, but Sidney is equally as talented. The best thing i can say is that they always tell you like it is the good and the bad and if it can wait until your wallet is a little fatter they will let you know. I never feel like they are trying to upsell me just to make a buck.

They actually really do put the customer first which as most of you know is rare these days.
