This company saved my Master's Program work after another company nearly ruined it. They were on time, very helpful, explained everything and fixed the problems caused by another company.Came by a second time to ensure the laptop still working properly. They were more than willing to help. They gave me a price and thats what I paid. I would recommend this company to anyone that owns a pc or laptop.

I own a small accounting firm and we were having problems with the 10 computers in the office. None of them could find the printer or see the drives. Casey came out and had us up and running within 4 hours. We were so impressed that we signed up for a monthly agreement that will give us free troubleshooting call-outs in case of other networking issues. Thank you Casey.

We have a problem with teenagers throwing rocks at houses in our area, our house was hit twice. Causing $8000 in damages to our windows! And we have an alarm too, but they don't care. We called Reids IT and they came out the next day to give an estimate. My husband couldn't believe the price, so we just went ahead and had them install right then and there. It only took about 5 hours and after they were done you would have never known they were in the house! Casey and Dennis were excellent, the instalation was seamless and I love how I can now watch my house from my computer when I'm at work. THANK YOU REIDS IT!!!

Reid' s IT installed an 8 Camera Security Monitor system with DVR. The system was also hooked up to a computer network and is now viewable on the world wide web. They were very knowledgable and were able to resolve our network and camera install issues quickly total install time was around 6 hours. I will use them again.

Reid's IT came out and helped me move my computer upstairs using a wireless network downstairs! He was extremely effecient and saved me tons of expense to hardwire my internet connection. He provided excellent phone support the next day. I HIGHLY recommend him for any of your IT service needs.

I manage a 125,000 sq ft warehouse and Reid's IT has helped me on over a dozen different jobs that range from upgrading memory on a lap top, rewiring a network, or installing an 8 camera surveiallance system. I would recommend Reid's IT to any business that wants to fine tune their network. They are very responsive, no matter the size of your company. They try very hard to make something difficult for the layperson to understand, understandable. I had many questions and concerns regarding my monitoring system and they address each one and made sure I felt comfortable . We are a small business and appreciate their honest and professional assesment of our system.
