Same Company, Different Experience
I am severely disabled and needed 4 small jobs done. It took 2 days to get an in-home estimate (high). My appointment was set up 3 days later due to lack of parts on truck (no kitchen or bath faucets or hand-held shower). Julio was very professional and knowledgeable, but clearly over-booked. I relied heavily on these reviews in choosing RedCo. I was hoping to find a good company for all of my home maintenance jobs. Now I'm not so sure. IMO, the appointment setter could be much more friendly.

Superb Company
My rep from Redco showed up on time and fast considering the plumbing emergency that I was in. He did fantastic job, cleaned the job site up including my mess from my attempts at fixing the issues. Next time I will just call them first. Prices were great, service was fantastic and quality was beyond expectations

WOW! I called for an appt, spoke with Dawn, she was great.. Got an appt, SAME DAY! Don came out and fixed both issues. Great great service.. I will use again and again! Thanks Redco!

Excellent!
These folks are great! Came out on a weekend, free estimate and stuck to the estimate. Price was reasonable, plumber was professional and ON TIME. I would use these guys again anytime!

Fast response on a Weekend Emergency
Called on a Sunday morning at 8am and they were at my house in less than two hours (had a broken main water line). Plumber was very courteous, quick and cleaned up everything. Will whole heartedly recommend to friends and family.

Great Company for Replacing A/C Heat System.
Replaced an old unit with a new 'green'
high efficiency system for me in mid March this year. They were competitive with their pricing and a very good company to work with.

Pleasantly satisfied
Julio came out to my residence to fix the water pipe that fed my whole house and was leaking. I got same day service w/in a couple hours of the call. His estimate could have been cheaper but the work and his couteous attitude made up for it. I would recommend RedCo and will probably call them back.

Good experience.
We called for a plumbing repair to a toilet. Redco scheduled immediately for the next morning and the repair guy arrived precisely on time. He knew exactly what to do - fixed the problem and was on his way in a very few minutes. I think the charge was a bit high, but then plumbers are expensive. It wasn't prohibitively high and the service is obviously very reliable, courteous, professional. So I recommend Redco.

Lived up to previous review.
I searched Kudzu for a plumber and found RedCo. We had a leak from the ceiling in the commercial building we moved into 37 days ago. Reported the leak at 4:45pm yesterday and was able to schedule plumber at 9am this morning. Julio arrived on time. Provided an estimate and completed the job. Julio was courtesy, professional and helpful. He represented RedCo well. No mess was left for us to clean up. We are happy we found RedCo.
