McKay's is AWESOME - Best in the valley!
Why oh why did I ever go to Sun Devil Auto - the people who ripped me off over and over again.
McKay's are all honest people who really care about people and best of all their prices are reasonable and they do not find things wrong with your car like other places does.
I am extremely happy with their great service and honesty. I already recommended two people who will go there.
I cannot believe that Sun Devil Auto wanted to charge me $500 for three oil leaks that I did NOT have. That is just unreal!
Keep up the good work AJ.

GREAT SERVICE!!!
I went to this shop based largely on reviews written here. I was greeted immediately and they looked at several things I was worried about after purchasing a used car. They fixed all issues right away and the car is like new again. I couldn't believe the price when all was said and done. Incredibly reasonable and great care in their work. I highly recommend AJ McKay to EVERYONE!!!

Honorable Car Repair
In this economy, it's hard to find a car repair shop that isn't trying to get every dollar they can from you in an effort to stay afloat. I've been very impressed with the professional and honorable service customers receive from A.J. McKay Auto Repair. A.J. works at the shop every day and personally handles his customers. He lets you know what to expect and gives options about how to best get your car fixed within your budget. The warranty and his personal assurance that every job has been performed thoroughly by ASE certified Master Technicians makes this shop the best auto repair shop in Mesa.

There is # 1 Shop in Mesa
This is an excellent shop. The owner is very personable and great to deal with. My car was at a local brake shop where I was told I needed over 800.00 in repairs. At the time I did not have the funds for the repairs so I held off and didnt drive the car for two weeks. I took my car to McKays after a friend reccomened them. found out I still had over 70% brake life left. AJ didnt even charge for the ck out. These guys are honest as I was prepared to spend the 800.00 and didnt spend a dime. Highly reccomend to all.

Honest & Good
A.J. diagnosed and fixed an overheating problem with my Class A motorhome while I was staying in Mesa. His work was 1st class and the rig ran great after his work was completed. I checked with my mechanic back in Michigan and he agreed the price was reasonable. Thanks A.J.

Toyota specialist
According to several shops, my Camry needed a new transmission. I didn't like the $2200 price tag and I took it to McKays instead. Jeremy, one of the techs, specializes in Toyota and was able to solve my problem for under $300! He fixed my wiring harnesswhich was something the other shops didn't even catch! My car is running great and I would recommend McCays for any Toyota owner.

Very Quick
I found AJ McKay's Auto Repair here on Kudzu and decided to check it out based on the positive reviews posted. I took my Honda Accord to fix a coolant leak. AJ and his crew had diagnosed the problem and quoted me a price within 20 minutes of walking through the door. My car was done within two hours. Wow! AJ was very friendly and personable. I highly recommend his shop and will definitely go back in the future.

AJ McKay Auto Rocks
Went to AJ McKays auto repair with my car. I had it to four different shops and had spent well over a thousand dollars trying to fix the problem I spoke to the owner AJ he instantly told me what he thought the probllem was and was 100% correct he fixed my car for only a couple hundred bucks. This guy knows cars and is good peoople.I would reccomend this shop to anyone that needs repairs.

best honest affordable shop in mesa
as a woman it can be kind of intimidating
to walk into these auto shops..these guys
were very helpful and honest.. they fixed my car problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for
a good trustworthy auto repair shop.

Came in for A/C Repair - left happy
AJ (the owner) was very upfront with me and honest about total cost and options for repairing my A/C. I took his advice on a fix that did not cost much and worked out great!
