Mike was very helpful, he installed a ceiling fan, but it turned out the fan did not work because of defective product. He came back and install the new one after I got the replacement. Thanks Mike, it's a pleasure to do a business with you.

Discount Electric proved to be true to their word and expremely helpful. They gave a complete and clear estimate for the work and arrived on time. They also made suggestions for a better solution to some of the work I wanted. Both of them were friendly, capable, and professional. They completed the jobs efficiently and cleanly. I'll use them for my future electrical work with confidence.

Just had the Discount Electric fellas over to my place to help with some minor issues. They were fantastic! Very knowledgable, fair, honest and most all helpful. I can't say enough good things about these guys. If you're looking for quality work at a very fair price, give these guys a call.

My husband and I recently purchased a home with an office and a couple of outbuildings. We immediately realized that we needed some additional circuits run in the office, and were unsure as to whether or not the service to the outbuildings was sufficient.

Mike and Julian came out and gave us a free estimate. I didn't think contractors did that anymore. Their pricing is very competitive, but more importantly their work and knowledge is outstanding.

I have worked with other electricians in the past, and have to say that I have never had an electrician come close to the quality of work, friendliness, and professionalism that discount electric presents.

All I can say is look no further. In my opinion, you will not find a more reputable, better electrician.

I was remodeling my triplex which only had two electrical service meters serving the three units. Several weeks ago, I read electrical contractor reviews here on Kudzu & elsewhere on the 'Net, & I saw Discount Electric receiving strong recommendations, so I gave them a call to see about straightening things out.

Mike Thomasen & his protege Julian came out ON TIME, & for FREE, & did a survey to evaluate my needs. We discussed several courses of action which I took my time to consider, & then I called Mike again a few days ago to set up the job.

This morning, Mike & Julian returned & did the necessary upgrade to my electrical service. The installation is beautiful (as far as electrical service system installations go :-) & I feel that I was charged a very fair price.

Count me in with all these reviewers happy to give Discount Electric 5-Stars. This is a 100% outfit!

Service is excellent, extremely reliable, quality of the work is suburb, prices are fair, I could not recommend them any higher. I am more than satisfied with all they have done.

Mike from Discount Electric knew exactly what to fix, and he even pointed out a grounding issue we didn't even know that we had. Everything was explained to us in detail, and he gave us several options along with their drawbacks and benefits. We are postive that the quality work from Discount Electric was a significant factor in the trouble-free sale of our house.

Prompt, professional, and friendly service, at a very reasonable price, and they stand by their work. I've used them several times already and will definitely call on them again for any future electrical home projects. Mike and Julian are the best. Call them.
