Re-located here from Mich and needed to rent a home while selling the one there. Ruthanne Hobbs was the only agent that took the time and actually showed me homes, that were nice and in great areas. My husband and I are living apart until we can sell the house and it's very hard to live out here alone, She made it so much easier on me and I will be foreever grateful

I started my search at the end of last year with another realtor who made me do most of the research and was very hard to meet up with for showings. I was eager to buy my first home before Christmas and at the rate I was going, it wouldn’t happen. I hopped on Kudzu and found Sherry’s contact info at the top – right where it should be!! I sent an email request and within a day had a response with questions about what I was looking for and access to a portal of properties that fit my description. Sherry took me out that next Saturday to look at homes. I found ‘the one’ about halfway through our day, but decided to keep looking just to make sure. The property was bank owned and I was not the only one bidding, so it was a little stressful. Sherry did a great job staying in contact with the bank and with me making sure that I was always in the loop. When the bank accepted my offer, Sherry contacted me every few days to update me on the status of my paperwork and to explain the next step to close. Sherry made this process very easy and comfortable for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell for that matter. Sherry takes the time to find out what you really want and how to help you get there!! Thanks Sherry – You’re the BEST!!

We were very satisfied with both our selling and buying experience with Sherry. Sherry listed to what we had to say and made us feel at ease. We immediately trusted her and knew she would sell our home. Sherry has a great deal of knowledge and knows what it takes to sell a home in this market. When I was going through my divorce, it was very important that I find a neighborhood and school that would be right for me and my eight year old son. Sherry knew the area I wanted and was looking every day. She even went door to door in the neighborhood asking about anyone thinking of selling. Not only did she end up finding me the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood, she found one two housed from the school. When it was time to close she also made sure that my needed timeline was met. Thanks to Sherry the transition to our new life was much smoother and our new house is now a home we will share with family and friends for many years.

We have used Sherry to sell our previous home and buy our new home. We found some homes in the area we were interested in moving to and Sherry was able to look them up and take us to view them the next day! She has always been there to answer our questions and diligently take care of our needs. She is always available, gives of herself and her family time to help us, and she made the process extremely easy. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you want a smiling face with ALL the answers--Sherry's the way to go. We would definitely recommend her to others (which we have) and we will use her in the future (if and when) we need her services.

Sherry has helped us look for a house for at least two years - at first we had no idea what we were looking for and then decided what we really wanted was a second home in AZ. She was patient through all our buyer mutations - from wanting a larger permanent home to wanting a smaller second home. We found a house this past summer and Sherry worked us through the process of buying a bank-owned home. We were 2000 miles away during the not-so-smooth closing process and Sherry was there every time we had a question or needed to have something done at the new house. Because of a family emergency we have not been able to get back to AZ since July but we know if we need to have anything taken care of at the house there, we just need to call Sherry and she will take care of it. We will definitely call her again should we decide to buy another house there.

Sherry was so great. This was our first time buying a house and she answered all of our questions truthfully. She was available just about whenever we needed her and was with us every step of the way. Even though this was the biggest and scariest decision of our life she helped us feel very comfortable with our decision and made sure it was the right one. I highly recommend her she was the best!
