First Class!!
First Class Auto Svc is just thatFirst Class. It's like going back in time to your old neighborhood mechanic. I have been a customer for over 2 years and I have always been treated honestly and fairly. Thank you Ray & staff.

SUPER HONEST!!!! GREAT SHOP!
Ray and his terrific staff saved me alot of money today!! My Nissan dealership told me that I need new brakes, new tires and that I shouldn't drive the truck until the work was done. On a recommendation, I drove to First Class Auto. The guys there informed me that not only did I have 90% brake life left, but I could go about another 6000 miles before I needed tires! Their honesty didn't make them much money today, but they did get a customer for life from my family! THANK YOU FIRST CLASS!!! Give them a try - you will be happy.

Great shop with super service!
Our daughter bought her first car and on recommendation, we took the Taurus to First Class Auto. They looked over the vehicle and made all the needed repairs at a price her budget could afford. When she went off to college, we felt alot better knowing her car was safe for her to take to California. If you are looking for an honest reapir shop to do business with in the Phoenix area, First Class Auto is worth the drive from anywhere!

stands and delivers
I have always been outraged with the automotive repair industry becouse I am some what good with cars and have seen many mechaics go to thier special book and charge what I thought to be way to much. Ray Morgan the owner of First Class Auto Does no such thing. He is very straight forward and HONEST! I trust The key word is TRUST! Ray Morgan with my car and truck. That should say alot I dont trust just anybody.

Great Service
This is the second time I have been to First Class Auto, and I will be back again. Owner Ray Morgan treated me with the best customer service ever. Gave me quick service and a fair price for my repairs. A more honest man I cannot find. Thanks so much!!!

Ray Morgan -A real honest Mechanic
I have been going to First Class Auto since 2001- I have not met a more honest and not to mention really good mechanic.I moved from Scottsdale to North Phoenix and I still make a trip to see Ray and His Crew whenever my cars need repair. He never fixes anything without your permission, and always does what he says he is going to do.

Honest and Quality Service
I have been using First Class Auto Service for 1 year now. They have provided me with honest and quality service. They have saved me thousands of dollars that the dealership wanted to charge me on one occasion. I recommend them to anyone looking for quality and dependable auto repair. They are open on Saturdays also.

Best Mechanic shop in the valley
Great place to take your sick car into. I feel that they were very honest and gave me a smoking good deal. Allot of the times I feel mechanics try to gauge you with things and expenses you don't need. They do an honest job there for a great price. They will forever have my business.
